The secretary took my information to process my payment but never processed it so the following year they wanted me to pay for both years. The preparer calls me back to settle the issue and pay for just one of the years. Now this year I wanted to file again with them as they had done right i thought, but this year he hung up on me after he told me that the owner was angry with me for skipping a payment. I really wanted to give my business back however when they first quoted my today it was $125 cheaper then when the rude preparer got on the phone along with somehow never being able to talk to the owner, I am done with their chaivinistic attitude and good luck in life for being so rude.
