Monthly…read morememberships range from $15-25/month, there's generally a special to get the first month for free and there are plans where you can bring guests. Each membership comes with a free training session, which are so reasonably priced if you sign up, something like $30-40 per session. Some coaches even let you bring your partner or friend to train with so it's like a 2 for 1 deal. There are plenty of cardio and strength machines and you'll never have to wait for free weights. It is limited on squat and power racks, which are usually taken. People are generally very polite and the staff is always cleaning. This is the cleanest gym I've been to, it's always spotless. As a repeat customer, I can say this is definitely a great gym if you're on a budget and not expecting something upscale, there are ones nearby that are fancier or offer more amenities, but I always get a good workout in and have the best experience when I avoid the rush hour so machines are usually more free.

She was the only reason I trained at PureGym, which I had voiced to management after other issues, including being locked out of the app for a week with no help from the company. I replied to the email that I would like to cancel my personal training membership. I checked my app several days later and was no longer signed up for PT. Then I was charged for training as usual. It took 20 days to receive a reply which only said I had to cancel via the app. According to the app, I was no longer signed up. Ultimately, I cancelled my membership hoping that would solve the problem. I am still being charged monthly for personal training for a gym that I am not a member of. I have sent several emails as there is no phone number provided by corporate. I will continue to fight but avoid this gym at all costs!

This studio has been in the neighborhood for years, and is a very great fitness staple in an area with a dearth of exercise studios ( maybe because most buildings have their own gyms). I have found Westside Pilates to typically be quick to respond over email, and are always easy to reach that way. I've been doing duet lessons with a friend, which have been great. We have had Lindsey as our instructor. She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly. I am currently pregnant, and Lindsey has been making really great modifications for me based on the progression of my pregnancy and my physical limitations. I have enjoyed my experience with Westside Pilates and would definitely recommend!
