She was very knowledgable in how to safely strengthen my core. We continued working together until our 6 weeks before my delivery, and then resumed training 10 weeks post C-section. I credit Kim to my post-baby recovery! She changed up the workout each time; sure to exercise every part of my body. She was kind and very thoughtful in her corrections, making every exercise have meaningful progress in my toning, strengthening, lengthening and stretching. The craziest thing is that I had a bone age scan about 2 years after starting pilates and I actually "grew" from the age of 35 to 39!!! I stand up straighter and taller. Amazing results.
