The quality of their work is good HOWEVER, after booking two pedicures a week in advance for the same time on 9/3, we arrived and they took my Dad immediately and set me up in a chair next to him. My chair had no water to soak my feet and no technician to work on me. The owner proceeded to work on my father without saying a word and I sat and waited. As it turns out, they made the decision to take a walk in who wanted both a pedicure and a manicure, roughly 5 minutes before we arrived for our scheduled appointments. As it started to dawn on me that my wait would be awhile, I asked for water to soak my feet, at the very least. No one said anything to me that my wait would be extensive or apologized to me for the wait. After 30 minutes I realized that I would not get worked on until my father was done! As it turns out, this was more than an hour!! DO NOT schedule an appointment with this establishment because they will not honor it. Take your chances walking in. This is a terrible business practice and no way to treat repeat customers. Clearly all they value is maximizing profit over customer service. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. BE CAREFUL.

Ann did my manicure and I will say this is close to one of the best manicures I've had. She was very kind and fun to talk to and my nails came out great! I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and, upon arrival, was informed that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. While inconvenient, I understand that delays happen and did not have an issue with that. My concern is with the quality of the service itself. I was charged $60 for a gel manicure with chrome, which was significantly more expensive than I was accustomed to paying here. Unfortunately, the results did not reflect that price point. The chrome effect is barely visible and simply looks like a standard shiny top coat. My cuticles were minimally attended to, leaving the manicure looking unfinished and uneven. Additionally, several nails are lumpy and inconsistent in appearance. Most disappointing of all, the polish on my thumb began peeling less than 24 hours after the appointment. For a gel manicure at this price, I expected much better quality and longevity. As a long-time customer who has had many positive experiences here over the years, it is especially disheartening to leave such a review. I have always appreciated this salon, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.
