I wanted to get the entire house deep cleaned so i used yelp and i actually requested another company but Josh from RIE reached out and the rest is history. Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. These two very sweet ladies showed up on time. They were cheerful and friendly and wasted no time. In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis.

I was also detailed about the specifics of our expectations for a move in clean to include, in particular, wiping down drawers and cabinets. I did not provide immediate feedback because given the size of the home it took days to discover things like hair left in drawers of some bathrooms, which clearly weren't wiped down/out or seasoning spilled in cabinets, again not wiped down. Dust was left around door casing in some bedrooms. One of the kitchen countertops was not thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, the team was very friendly and upon initial glance the home appeared to be thoroughly cleaned.

They paid close attention to details, which is why I opted for the deep clean. All the little things that others might overlook, they didn't miss a beat. All the major items, plus windows, blinds, light switches, outlets, doors, handles, baseboards etc..all were cleaned thoroughly. Jameie even found some residue of a sticker that must have been peeled off before we bought the house new..we had never noticed it, but she removed the yellow residue from it!
