Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. These two very sweet ladies showed up on time. They were cheerful and friendly and wasted no time. In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis.

Dust was left around door casing in some bedrooms. One of the kitchen countertops was not thoroughly cleaned. The ladies that came by were very thorough, we had a walk through of the house prior to cleaning, they asked questions, if I had any concerns and which areas they should concentrate on. While cleaning they noticed one of my windows were broken (it has been broken for a couple yrs) but they notified me right away. They did a great service, I haven't had a deep cleaning since I moved in like 10 yrs ago. They got underneath the couches and above the fridge, areas they have been collecting dust for years. I have kids and the place was not exactly super clean with toys and items around. Afterwards we did another walk around after the cleaning to go over the areas cleaned. After I contacted them about the damage, they claimed the drawer was "already broken" which is completely false. The drawer was fully intact prior to the service, and I have multiple witnesses that can confirm this. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the customer after being caught. I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project. She was honest and thorough in her quote, did exactly what she said she would, and did it exactly when she said she would do it. Remarkable.
