UPDATE 12/6/18: I just got off the phone with Alisa/Lisa told me she was going to pray for me??? And then file a restraining order??? She was INSANE and said she was going to call the cops. I am contacting my Attorney and filing Yelp and the BBB. And filing with the police! This is not funny and very scary! As people have become more sociopathic, I have decided that I will be using YELP for everything. I travel a lot and I am sick of insane businesses. I also want to leave trusted reviews now for excellent businesses. I waited so long to write a review as I'm an International Journalist, married for 29 years, Homeschool two children and eldest two children are in college. For convenience I took over my husband's unused account. I have found more often than not ... the GREAT REVIEWS COME FROM FAMILY, FRIENDS and STAFF .... And some bad reviews are a good sign because businesses can't be perfect but they can respond and correct their mistakes. If the business responds on any review platform to make it right or say; "Thank You", for a nice response... I will only be using those businesses from now on. Everyone has an Internet footprint! Follow the footprints on reviews BEFORE SPENDING ANY MONEY! "Buyer beware". Especially take GREAT CAUTION ... if the Business is unresponsive to ANY REVIEW! Go with businesses these days where the business understands reviews and to interact with good and bad reviews! From 2015 until 9-ish months ago I was a regular customer. For the last leg of my journey I had used Mary as my healer. Prior to that I used Christina who was amazing. Apparently, Christina was having a horrible family crises and I later found out as being a journalist... I investigated this place throughly to find out just how horrific they are... they dumped Christina? I did notice there was constant turn over at this Spa! The place is LOUD ... even when you're in the treatment room.... phones ringing, slamming of doors. I felt so sorry for the staff because they deserve so much better than these awful money grabbing owners. I mean they're just really disgusting people. Even under a stressed environment, their therapists were sweet. Mary did an amazing job of clearing her energy in such an awful place to work on me. Those therapists worked so hard! One time ... after being a regular customer, who ever was at the front didn't ring my card in properly! My phone rang all day and for the next day. I was on a flight and couldn't be reached. When I listened to the 7 messages and saw how many times they had called ... I had weird feelings then? Who does that to a regular for almost two years at the time and for $140.00? Also, I had already booked for a return visit? I digress... I would make my 1.5 hr. bi-monthly and or monthly visits for a massage. I came in to use their shower to make sure I was clean before my appointment and relax. I would sit in the relaxation room for about 45 minutes after shower and prior to my massage. The waiting room is like hard picnic benches. The last 9 months of use ... the relaxation room always "seemed" to have someone in it and NEVER DID BEFORE? I would ask when the door was shut and the front staff would tell me when I arrived, like the first thing they said; "The Sauna is in use today". Why couldn't they have just said; "You can't sit on our chair and relax in our room"? When you're "gaslit" you don't think to call ahead to ask if the relaxation room is in use as they have a sauna in there also. You could never possibly wrap your head around such INSANITY?????? You start to feel crazy ... as you show up and the door to the relaxation room is always shut? On my last visit it finally clicked that these SICKOS were doing this on purpose? I was in such SHOCK! Really? NO ONE IS IN THIS ROOM AND I JUST SIT ON A SOFT CHAIR??? THEY ARE GOING TO LOCK ME OUT, LIE TO ME THAT THE ROOM IS IN USE? The last time I was there to have Mary work on me I opened the door to the relaxation room and NO ONE WAS IN THERE! When I confronted the staff ... they were DEFENSIVE AND MADE EXCUSES, LIED ... combative and obnoxious, as if I was infringing on their room by just sitting on a chair? Further looking back ... they were always weird passive aggressive, because I came in early to use their shower? Mary shortly left after the way I was treated as she had enough of their abuse of customers and staff. I tracked down several employees. Do NOT use this place! Who does this to a customer that has spent over $5000. at their establishment? Who treats a customer this way and DOES NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE UP FOR SUCH A DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR????? read more

Words can't describe the massage I received here. Lucy is simply a magician and despite trying numerous massage therapists over the past decade none come close. The parlor itself is very nice and has a wonderful staff. I was greeted warmly and immediately made to feel at home. They made sure I had everything I needed and I cannot wait for my next massage here with Lucy. It is well worth the 30-45 minute drive for me. read more
