Went there on May 3rd and I did two purchases for what was supposed to be 5 total ounces. When I got home I noticed one of the bags that was supposed to be 28g, was actually 14g. I contacted customer service and sent pics of my receipts and the bags that I got and they told me they looked at the camera and my transaction was correct. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? so your telling me that my eyes and the actual items in my physical possession are incorrect, but you looking at camera footage shows I got what I was supposed to. Jars is basically screwing me over for a half OZ and even with photos to show they were wrong, customer service wont admit they messed up. There are a dozen dispensaries in new buffalo, will def need to find a new one if this is how Jars treats their long time diamond customer.

And don't be intimated if the lobby is full - they get through a full lobby in 15-20 minutes tops. They also have a huge selection of everything within all price ranges. Great 5 for $20 or 8 for $25 deals in edibles and quality disposable pens around $15. Flower is a decent selection as well. I called Watervliet twice to ask about them with no response, but the rude manager got upset because I called again. Sad to say, I called DOJA in Portage twice, and both times they were able to fix my points rewards number and even retrieve all the points I had ever received--all within two hours. What took Watervliet DOJA six weeks to scramble and figure out, Portage had done in no time. To me, it seems like the manager needs some re-managing. Cussing on the phone to another employee, getting mad like a kid, slamming the phone, and saying, "If this guy threatens me one more time"--don't let your throat veins burst, buddy.
