Then told me he'd pull over to review my labs. He also encouraged me to eat gluten despite me telling him previous doctors said I should avoid it. He told me not to worry about it based off of nothing but his own opinion. I recently had a biopsy done and I have full blown celiac disease. Also he has an online program that I paid for and was promised I'd have "lifetime" access to. As soon as I stopped working with him I was locked out. I would avoid working with him or signing up for any program he offers.

During this I tried to explain my hands were full and it fell he continued to mean mug and not take my ID while I was rehanding it to him just staring at me until I stood up for myself and yelled what's your problem then he played the semi victim and oh there's cameras like that was the issue he needs to be fired he's messing with people who have mental illnesses luckily I got out of there before I did something bad but it's not acceptable and I would suggest going elsewhere just a bunch of thieves here and an angry boy in scrubs up front

They take double payments if you don't realize, you simply just do not! I have had to call them and my bank several times within 7 months. The 18th they take their money out of my account (this time one payment) Today I get a call from the dispensary stating they may my refs are all cancelled and they will have to cancel my order.... I call marijuana doc and they tell me oh it's because you have to renew! Someone should have called you... but they DID NOT!! Not one person yet they took the money out of my account. I work 12 hour shifts and have a surgery I have been prepping for with appointment (blood work, EKG', chest X-rays, etc) exams being some after my 12 hour work shifty. So no time to think about anything else other than that. I was told I would get a call, so that is what I was expecting when the time came. No call, no meds now for over a week because of course they aren't open until Wednesday (today in Monday) And I have two doc appointments already scheduled for Wednesday. Next available is next week. So the the individuals that are responsible for me not being able to get my medicine for a week, please do your job!! I am pretty certain if this was your issue, you would be just as disappointed! Incredibly mind blowing!!!!!!! Now I am trying to call them back to simply get a refund to look for another doctor and they keep hanging up. Wow!! Update: no refund so had to stay with the doctor another 7 months.. the coordinator stated she put them in and I will be able to go to the dispensary right away!! I go to the dispensary and they state it is still canceled.... So I figure it may take a bit. I head over to labcorp and the next day after work put a 423$ order in. I get a call from the dispensary that they can not fill my order because it doesn't start until the 30th of March I'm am beyond annoyed now! Of course it's a Saturday after med doc is closed and they are closed Sundays also, now I have to wait until Monday to contact them yet again!!!!!! What type of place is this? Take your money and don't take care of their patients what so ever! Please do yourself a favor and look for another doctor and stay away from this place!
