I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I really want to bring my son back here soon to try that with him.

I booked a lymphatic massage and wood therapy, and both were exactly what I needed -- relaxing, effective, and professionally done. The spa itself is super clean and calming as soon as you walk in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was peaceful without feeling too "clinical" The lymphatic massage was gentle but purposeful, and I could feel a noticeable difference afterward -- lighter, less bloated, and super relaxed. The wood therapy was new for me, but the therapist explained everything and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was a bit more intense, but in a good way -- and I definitely noticed some contouring effects. They really take their time with you and focus on what your body needs, which I appreciated. If you're looking for a nice spa experience in Orlando I'd definitely recommend Alora. I'm already thinking about booking again next time I'm in town!

They have medical assistants practicing outside their scope of practice ( bladder installations with medications) doing procedures only an RN or higher should be doing. When I complained to the ARNP about this coupled with a lack of sterile procedure and lack of lidiocaine to numb the area that should have been by the medical assistant, she said she would "take care of it". The next call I got was from the practice manager. Are you sitting down? Her call was to "release me" from the practice in the middle of a treatment for bladder pain. It gets better. Today I get a letter from the ARNP- NOT the doctor -"releasing me" from the practice, but willing to treat me until November 15th. It is now October 20th. You think I am going to ever set foot back in there? I have been a patient of that practice for over 15 years. In that time many physicians have left. I have had 3 different urologists here. I have never in my life been treated by a medical practice in this manner. Advent Health this practice is a disgrace! I use many physicians from their medical groups and I have never been anything but happy with every single doctor and staff member. The entire support staff needs a huge overhaul and understand what the term scope of practice defined by the Department of Regulations means.
