J'ai perdu environ une heure à tenter de régler la situation. Finalement, ce n'est qu'à la réception, sur place, grâce au bon sens de la réceptionniste et après validation auprès de sa superviseure, que le rabais a été appliqué. Merci à l'équipe sur le terrain. Cependant, la communication interne et la cohérence du service client à distance doivent être améliorées. Ambiance et gestion du silence Le spa est toujours très populaire et cela se ressent. J'ai constaté davantage de bruit et de cellulaires qu'auparavant. Lors de ma dernière visite, quatre membres du personnel discutaient entre eux à proximité immédiate d'une cliente prenant photos et selfies dans les bains remous, sans intervention. Avant, le respect du silence était appliqué plus rigoureusement avec des rappels fréquents. Aujourd'hui, on sent un relâchement, possiblement lié au manque de personnel, mais cela affecte l'expérience thermale. ‍ Qualité inégale Bien que mes expériences passées aient été très positives, le soin reçu par ma conjointe lors de cette visite n'était pas au même niveau que ce à quoi nous étions habitués. En résumé Le site demeure magnifique et reste une destination phare. Mais l'expérience client et la rigueur opérationnelle ne sont plus tout à fait au niveau d'autrefois. J'y retournerai probablement, car les attraits initiaux sont toujours là. J'espère sincèrement un retour à l'excellence qui a fait la réputation de l'endroit.

The spa itself is gorgeous, though a huge bummer that the sauna and locker room aren't accessible at this time due to COVID. I took a walk through and had envy for everyone who got to enjoy that level of LAVISH. Still 5 stars even though I didn't get the full experience. Staff was fantastic and you can't beat the location. This is the biggest, splurgiest "treat yo self" I'll do all year, as an 80 minute hot stone massage ran me more than $200 with tip. She's not cheap but I will continue to rationalize this experience in my head as 100000% worth it. The need to not pay attention to anything but my back feeling better for an hour was a gift only $200 can buy. This business page is confusing and the photos are more indicative of the INN then the spa. I stayed at the next door high peaks resort and did a service here, and you do not have the stay at the inn to enjoy the spa. The Inn amenities include small lake front beach, indoor (heated) swimming pool, and the largest hot tub I've ever seen in my life. There are three dining options - upscale restaurant, casual bar (they share the same 4 diamond restaurant kitchen) and a waterfront pub. We spent time at all threes spots. They allow way too many people in the thermal journey which ruins the spa experience. They do not provide spa slippers and allow customers to bring their own slippers, which could be dirty to walk around the inside of the spa. They charge you $40/slippers which is robbery. We got the duo massage which, for $500+ you'd expect a premium massage, but they hire inexperienced people who do not know how to do deep tissue massages. They increased the prices for special dates but also allow more people in, which defeats the purpose of increasing the price. MONEY HUNGRY scam artists. The bathrooms are consistently dirty, locker rooms crowded and only 3 showers and 3 toilets. This place is a JOKE.
