My esthetician was nice but seemed new. She spoke to me the whole time and she was pleasant but I was hoping to just lay and relax (granted I probably could have said something). I don't think I received any extractions, so I either have the best skin ever, or that step was skipped. I also didn't receive any brow shaping or plucking which was a little bit of a let down as I was letting my eyebrows get bushy thinking they would get done at my appointment. The face massage was also lacking in my opinion. She was going in circles around my face with her fingers but not using any technique or pressure for it to feel special. I'm sure the products they used were nice for my skin! I didn't notice a huge difference but I've only gone once and didn't have any skin issues before coming. My favorite part was them giving me moisturizer to take home. When I received my gift card it came with a box full of goodies which was very nice and made me feel quite pampered. I would maybe look into the esthetician before going to make sure you get someone with good reviews or experience. I think my issues could have been addressed if I spoke up, but I felt awkward and didn't.

The company can't keep pharmacists on staff. What was at one time a high paying great career now is a position that has high turnover due in very large part to the ensh*ttification artificially and unnecessarily woven into it by private equity. Twice in the past few months I've gone to pick up my medicine only to find out that the pharmacy is temporarily closed (during very normal and routine business hours mind you), which means they don't have a pharmacist available that day. Imagine going to pick up a medicine that is vital to your health only to find out that the pharmacy is closed and you have to either wait for them to reopen or transfer your prescription to another store, both of which are a major inconvenience and waste of precious time for the customer. And when they are open expect to wait a good 15 or more minutes many times in the drive through line... In addition, it normally takes them multiple days to fill what are simple scripts for blood pressure medicine. Staffing is so chaotic at Walgreens that the app many times no longer tells you when your medicine will be ready for pick up. There are still better pharmacies out there. There's no reason to have your medicine fulfilled at Walgreens. It's completely mismanaged by upper management. Note: this review is a review of corporate inadequacy and NOT the employees at this location as I've had no issues with them. I feel bad for them being caught up in such abysmal management.
