I booked via ClassPass so I was not able to choose who would be doing the massage upfront. On their site however you can choose! Emily also shared incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter the building and were to park. I wish I took photos of the establishment but you'll just have to take my word. It is absolutely beautiful and the set up is quite nice. They have spa water and normal water available. I felt very comfortable from the beginning my massage therapist shared how long she has been in the field and her background. She was about open communication which I very much appreciated! Seriously, I like getting beat up with a good deep tissue massage like the ext person, but the massage techniques, Thai massage, and reiki energy work that Kim uses is awesome.
