They charge an…read more18% gratuity on parties of more than 5 that is written in small print at the bottom of the menu that was covered up by dried food. When you go to pay they tell you how much you owe. They don't give you a receipt, all they have is their order book that you can take a picture of and then figure out how much each person owes. We had 6 people and the bill was $91.00. We left a $25.00 tip. After we left we got figured the bill and realized we left about a $40.00 tip.
