She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

Recently, she was away and Yadilene did my facial and I also fell in love with her! Her massage basically sent me to sleep as did my pedicure (I was clearly exhausted already) so I left feeling the most relaxed I've felt in months! I also really appreciate Yadilene educating me a bit about what I need for my skin. They're all such a lovely bunch, even the receptionist Maricela!
