We went into the spa and knew we both had seperate treatment times, both receving a 55 minute full body massage. The massage itself was great, very thorough and with the choice for the right amount of pressure. I certainly feel younger and spritely as I write this the day after. How long that'll last who knows. The spa facilities were good for both Male & Females. Its fairly small but they feed people through at different times, but never felt overly busy. They have a Sauna, Sanorium and Steam room, alongside footbaths, showers and a 10m Hydrotherapy pool.

The products are nice, the service is good, you feel like you're pampered and the therapist take the time to work on your treatment. They also are friendly and the place is really nice, clean and cosy but not too posh so you definitely feel welcome and relaxed. A sister to the spa at The Berkeley in Knightsbridge, Aman is less trendy and more focused on deep relaxation. The whole place is low-lit with candle light and Asian-inspired touches. I've received several treatments since arriving at the hotel last week and I have to say, I am impressed. Relaxation does not comes easy to me yet halfway through my facial/massage today I found myself almost drifting to sleep. Then, of course impressed by my own ability to be lulled into sleep, I bolted awake again. My facialist/masseuse was wonderful and helpful. I would absolutely come back here. If not for a treatment, then to lounge by the waterfall pool or sit in the starry steam room. Update: Still love the spa. However, minus one point for not offering necessary amenities in the locker rooms. Lesser establishments still have combs, dry deodorant and razors.

Now, less than a week after I got my nails done, the polish on almost all my nails has chipped. Definitely disappointed--I get shellac manicures regularly and they last normally at least a week without any chipping. Would not recommend this place if you want your nails done.

I had an hour massage with Eve, a Thai therapist who told me she would do a combination of Thai massage and Deep tissue to relax my muscles and undo my knots. She was amazing, knew exactly what my body needed. I came out of the room feeling relaxed and my back was much better, my neck unblocked. The place is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and would recommend this spa to anyone who needs a good massage.

The standout is the men's barber - Matt gave me the greatest haircut of my life this past weekend. It's pricey - £220 for a normal trim. But there's nothing normal about Claridges, and there's nothing normal about this haircut, and I would spend that every month if the commute from Miami was not so outlandish. The other thing to note is that the indoor pool has very neat little cabanas to relax in, and that the locker room is the roomiest and coolest on the planet.

She's an absolute sweetheart! I was given a thorough explanation of the procedures, her methods, and the types of waxes she uses, their individual advantages. She has wonderful bedside manner and chatted with me throughout the entire appointment. I received a Hollywood wax and from start to finish, Marta prompted me what she was going to do before she did it and what she will follow up with next. She was able to get every single hair and was very thorough (getting a couple of strays with a tweezer). The waxing was pain free and the results of the wax is silky smooth. I was given a set of aftercare instructions as well. I highly recommend her to anybody and everybody for their hair removal needs!

JULIA IS AMAZING!!…read more I have been seeing her for the past couple of years now and every visit is a pleasant one. when I first visited the Waxing Specialist I had never been for a professional wax before but Julia made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and informed of what was happening and what she was using I knew it was somewhere I would want to return to. The care and precision that goes into Julia's treatments is something I hadn't heard of before from family and friends and it is something that is not a requirement from the salon as a whole (discovered this when I had to be waxed by someone else as Julia was unwell). The price is quite high now, especially since the pandemic, but it is a price I am willing to pay for the top tier treatment and friendliness I get there. Thank you Julia!!
