This time around this man seemed annoyed I wanted to cash them in, he didn't stamp my card for as many things as I bought. He had no idea what kind of juices we were asking about and no knowledge whatsoever about the products they sold, NOT EVEN ONE OF THEIR OWN HOUSE JUICES THATS THE MOST POPULAR. I don't know if he was completely clueless or didn't care to even make a sale or help a customer who probably knew more than he did. This is coming from someone that even use to work there wnd be partnered with Rolf at one point. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience and the unwillingness to exert even the slightest bit of kindness or customer service whatsoever.

I love coming across employees who actually give off the vibe of loving their job and who enjoy being at their location of employment. We even came here maybe 6 weeks ago and asked them to size a wedding band to see what size it was, so we can buy a ring online with the proper size, and they were more than happy to help us with an unusual request, even if we didn't buy anything in our first visit. The Sales clerk Mateo told me that anything which did not have their price sticker on it was a dollar. I spent well over an hour digging through the dollar bins. When I was making a final sort through a pile of 80 or so records they then informed me that they would now be $2 per record. After 10 minutes of conversation they then agreed to go back to the original dollar price. Upon check out they still overcharge me. After the sale was complete they told me that that Price stickers from old record shops also now counted and were more expensive than one dollar. They rip me off about 20 bucks. Not even worth arguing any further. Avoid this shop. Additionally earlier as I I dug through all of their records pulling out records I was interested in they kept wanting to grab them and move them to the counter.
