I've known Rolf since high school. He's always been respectable and just amazing when it comes to business. He has cards that they punch and when done you get a free bottle of juice and it's not the little bottle's. If you go in an get a bottle of 120 ml everytime and punch your card when it's full they give you a bottle of 120ml his house juices are amazing. I've got so many favorites. His fruity loops, he crunch creme, strabery creme just to name a few. And the people in there treat you like your family. Especially of your a regular. Yeah they have to keep up there standards for legal reasons for new people but if you go in your first time test out a bunch of juice talk and hang out with the people like Colby, or Rolf or Connor just to name a few they're on top of it. They'll make sure you leave there feeling satisfied. Heck they'll play a game of pool with you watch movies whatever. It's a chill area and they go out of there way to make sure people feel comfortable in there. I've never once been or seen anyone go in there and not Come out happy with what they got if not exited. There juices are extremely well priced and so is there equipment. And if you have a problem say you build a coil and it's just not working right. If you go in there they'll do everything they can to make sure they got it the way you expect it. I've been to allot of the other shops and yeah. There's a reason I go to Rolfs. I watched one guy go in there and he was just hostile. He sat and threatened in wont say who but the cashier he kept saying that he had stolen his money. The cashier did everything showed him the video of what happened and everything and this guy continues to threaten him. Screaming and cursing him and the cashier keeps telling the man just check your pocket man I'm sure you'll find it. So this guy goes out checks his car and everything refused to check his pockets and then goes back in an threatens the cashier some more the hole time the cashier is acting professional and just tried to help him. Finally thus guy checks hid pocket and pulls out his money and then storms out. It was a tense situation but he handled it perfectly. If it had been a lesser guy it could have ended very differently. But after he goes on about his business helps us and he just dropped the issue completely. This is the kinda people that work there just amazing people willing to help out in whatever way they can. With juice and equipment for prices that can't be beat and just yeah I've never been happier with a vapor store. Where as others I've bought stuff from only to go to Rolfs and find the exact same thing for less than triple what I just paid for something. So the service and stuff you get there is amazing. If you just wanna go hang out play pool whatever there more than happy to just chill with you. O and they got this new points system so you enter in your number and they enter in what you got and everything and it gives you points to be used towards gear, juice and whatever else you need read more

It is a rare experience in retail and even more rare in the vapor industry that I walk out of an establishment having been treated in a manner that I genuinely believe that the individual helping me was sincerely concerned with my satisfaction. Rolf's Vapor Joint is of the rare breed that possesses the ability to leave me feeling this way. Every other vape shop that I've walked into has had the sensation of a revolving door, the centrifugal force caused by the employees' haste to put my hard earned money into the cash register leaving my head spinning upon exiting. Up-sells and straight up rip-offs have constantly left me with the proverbial bad taste in my mouth. This has NEVER been the case when walking into either of Rolf's Vapor Joints. Their customer service is beyond impeccable. Every employee that I've dealt with has made sure to go the extra mile to make sure that I get the best juice for my pallet or that the hardware I purchase best suites my needs as well as my taste. On top of all this the prices aren't even comparable to the competition. 30 ml bottles of premium juice are consistently over $23 across the Wasatch Front, I've never once spent more $18 and it's often less. The Liquid Smoke brand that I've only seen in their store has been my favorite for months. I go to the Provo location because it's closer & I've gotten to know everyone there, but both stores have a relaxed atmosphere & great people. They are one of the best things about either store, all of Rolf's employees, including Rolf, are super friendly & helpful. Whether you're a vape snob looking for the newest mod or a newbie looking for a starter kit, they will help you find the best fit and always the best price (not positive it's guaranteed, but anytime I've found something cheaper at another shop, they've price matched). Huge selection of e-juices & hands down cheapest for quality liquids. Rolf started out making ejuice even before the shops, so his house blends are quality, good flavors. They have all the new Candy King on Ice flavors. Omg they are so good too. They have literally every flavor from the line. I really love their customer service and attention I get when I go there. They always have all the new mods and juices that are on the market. The shop is clean and tidy. The fish tanks and pool table really set this vape shop apart from others I have seen. Nobody really makes a comparison with what they have to offer. Definitely staying here from now on, I always seem disappointed when I try anywhere else. Honestly so many better shops in the area. Don't waste your time. Their juice is sub par and most of it is "house juice" made in Ogden it's not premium like they like to tell everyone. Rolf swears his prices are good and that he keeps them low but I've seen actual premium juices from cali and Florida for the same price if not less. Plus their hardware prices are more expensive Than most other shops. The customer service was not too good either. They were just trying to push me out and make way for the employees friends. They just slammed some juice on the table and didn't even give a flavor profile or anything. Plus Rolf was kinda shady. The staff is on top of everything even helping people get there mods running right. They have lots of choices and even have coffee flavors which are hard to find, none in Utah County that I can find. The prices here are great. Cheaper than the other local Vape Shop.
