My coworkers said this place had the best shaved ice... i didn't believe them so I kept putting it off. Finally one day a few weeks ago the temperature was like 100degrees, so we decided to finally go. And I kept saying "WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO TRY THIS SHAVED ICE?!?" There are so many kind of flavors, they have ice cream as well! Water refill stations and water bottles and all that stuff. I didn't know what kind of flavor to get, I saw Horchata and knew I wanted that! The guy then said "horchata is not a shaved ice flavor, it's just an ice cream flavor, but I can add ice cream to your shaved ice!" WHAT?!? So I had vanilla shaved ice with horchata ice cream all mixed and oh. My. Word. AMAZING!!!!!!! It's so soft and delish! I don't live in woodland and I don't buy water so I can't comment on the water, but the shaved ice is a must in you're in woodland!! read more

For 3 weekends in a row I rush down to get my 5 gal water jugs filled with water, I have bought their " prepay cards", and yet again I get there at 4:40 pm and it's CLOSED AGAIN!! Your sign now says closed at 4pm. Wth? IF you're going to close EARLY on Saturday then you can at least get off the couch and open on Sundays half day so WE THE WORKING PEOPLE can get our jugs filled!! Best water ever! You can taste the difference and see clear through the ice! (And it never turns our bottles green!) Shaved ice is as soft as snow and comes in an assortment of cup sizes. Syrups are made fresh in the store with over 50 flavors to choose from (my favorite is Horchata--made with REAL Horchata--and I get it capped with sweetened condensed milk). This has been my family's go-to store for pure water for 20 years (since we first moved to the area and it first opened in 1998), and it holds a special place in my heart! Great service inside, and so awesome to be able to still fill our bottles (btw, if you buy the bottles from the store, the first fill is free) in the dispensers outside of the store after hours. We go here weekly to fill up our 6 5gl water jugs and love the stamp card system - it saves us money! My only complaint would be the guy who works there, he is either outside smoking (right out front) or he is playing games on the computer and you have to get his attention so you can pay. I definitely would go somewhere else just because of the worker but deep inside I'm hoping his boss tells him he can't do that stuff and things would change. read more

Even though this is a water store, they also have super good shaved ice. Their shaved ice is literally the best I have ever had. They have a super long list of flavors to choose from. On each shaved ice you can get up to 3 flavors. I got the best combo in my opinion which was cherry, pina colada, and lime. It was also awesome how cheap they are. The shaved ice itself is super soft and powdery. Every time I'm in town, I make it a point to come here. Bonus for the frequent buyer card that gives you a free shaved ice when it's all filled up. read more

I have been to the store over by bel air out of desperation and I quickly regretted it! The Water tasted horrible! Pure water store also has the best price in town! I also love that I can buy a 100 gallon "card" credit and the store keeps track of my gallons on that card so when I come in I do not have to exchange money! The best shaved ice in town or Northern California for that matter. Don't waste your time buying snow cones or other imitators because this is the only place that actually "shaves" their ice. It's super powdery, soft, and as fluffy as you can get. A while back I asked the owner if I could buy the same machine he uses and I thought he said they run around $2,000 to $3,000. That's a pretty heavy investment just to sell shaved ice but I'm sure glad he did it! The service is great and prices are too. They definitely have a customer for life with me! read more

It's been a tradition for almost 10 years now to go here all year round for snow cones. no matter how hot or how cold it is. The owner is one of the nicest men you'll ever meet. But recently there had been one woman working there who just doesn't seem to want to make the snow cones. I've came in at 5 before, and still gotten one. But i just came in, 10 minuets before closing, being told, "sorry, were closing. we're all out of ice" though she will also say this in the middle of the day as well. i've heard others complain about her too. I truly hope she isn't the owners wife, for i mean no burden to the family. but she's basically saying they're a water store all out of water? I once asked the owner one day if he ever had run out on a busy day, he told me the keep plenty of ice frozen at all times. even in the winter. Please, i don't want to go to a different place. I've always felt bad that i don't go here for the water, only the shaved ice. but i have a feeling a lot of people do the same. i don't want you losing that Business too. read more
