She had a beautiful personality and had all the customers laughing and smiling. I was feeling fancy and ordered the Strawberry Blonde in a freshly dipped chocolate cone. Went there to buy a quart of Special "Dubai " advertisement displayed on TV and in store. The girls there were more interested in "looking cute" to the customers, before attending to me . As I finally ordered my request, I watched her, mix the pistachio and chocolate bits into the "Nothing but Chocolate ice cream " .... It was More Chocolate Ice Cream than the main ingredient . When I questioned her, that she hardly put pistachios in , she replied "you cannot put more because it overtakes the chocolate " I got home, tried it and it was Bogus Dubai chocolate ice cream! Since I was in the area I had to get some desserts after dinner and I highly recommend trying there to summer flavors for a period of time. . I had their churro ice cream which was really good and it was a little bit on the sweeter side. It had really great flavor. You can taste the cinnamon and caramel in it and I also do love the crunchy texture of the cereal. I also had their honey cornbread summer flavor ice cream which was a little bit on the less sweet side and I also do love how they mix in fresh berries and fresh honey as well. I would highly recommend getting two different flavors so you can share and it is a really big scoop so it feee about 2 to 3 people easily in a waffle Bowl. . The service was friendly and they were very informative with letting me know what comes in the bowl of ice cream. Also the Ambiance is casual and very friendly family and kids friendly as well. I would come back to this location because it was in a plaza with all the other foodie restaurants which I really loved and found convenient for the spacious parking as well. Girl that took our order super nice great customer service but ice cream wasn't good. Always get the Oreo overload and the second it was placed on the counter it didn't look right. I have gone a few times and the customer service has always been great. The icecream options are endless and my son loved picking whatever he wanted. With the club you can get discounts which is great! Not much seating but otherwise it is clean and a great addition to woodland. read more

This was a fun experience to try new ice cream & put whatever toppings I wanted mixed in. I hadn't been to a Cold Stone in years & it's pretty much the same. Inside was a bit cramped for eating since there's two sides of the line crammed next to a few tables & only one table outside. The service was horrible took forever to get our order and the manager Mohammed was very unprofessional he was all very unprofessional around his employees making non consensual accusations towards his employers which we way younger than he was. I would not recommend this establishment. I had put a tip in the jar and he had mentioned that they need to dance and sing and the way he wanted them to dance was very unprofessional. I will never be back at this establishment for this behavior. It's truly disturbing. read more

I just moved to Woodland and I'm so happy there is a coldstone here!! Coldstone is always my go to for ice cream because they have a really good variety and they also have shakes and ice cream cakes! My fave order is their coffee or cheesecake flavors and you can mix in anything you want! Came to redeem a birthday reward. Gave the owner, who was handling the register, my number to redeem the birthday reward. I told the owner I wanted to redeem my reward and he told me to press the green button on the PIN pad. The reward wasn't applied and when I told him about the reward again, he told me it was in the rewards and to press the green button, which had the full amount for to ice creams instead of the BOGO. The owner didn't seem like he wanted to help me figure out the issue, and was only focused on me paying the full amount. It would've been more acceptable if it was an employee that didn't care to help me, but didn't expect it from the franchisee. My experience at the Natomas Cold Stone is always better. read more

My first visit at this location, they just opened and of course it was packed there. I placed a mobile order and my husband went inside to pick it up so I cannot say too much about the service or the inside of the store, however my ice cream was kinda sad. I ordered one of the signature creations, Cheesecake Fantasy, the Gotta Have It size which is the larger size and it barely had any ice cream, little to none graham cracker pie crust but there was an overwhelming amount of the frozen berries. Just poorly made as the ratio to all the ingredients were completely off. It feels like I paid $8.95 for frozen berries lightly dipped in ice cream. I'll give it another try on a day where it's not so busy, hopefully the next visit will be better :/ read more

This Cold Stone needs some help! I waited 20 minutes before being helped and there was only one group of two women and two children ahead of me. For the first ten minutes one girl was helping them until someone else came out to help, only to help the other women ahead of me instead of me. By the time I was helped there was about ten people behind me. They were very slow and the manager or owner didn't even offer assistance.
