History
Established in 1989.
Richard is the 3rd Generation of Well Drillers. He has learned from the ground up, starting work with his father and grandfather as a small child. Richard started drilling on his own for his father's company while still in school. While most kids were out playing sports and having a good time, Richard was working and learning a trade that has to be learned from hands on. As Richard grew up, he fell in love with Northern Michigan. In 1987 Richard moved his wife and 2 young children to the Alpena area and opened Pure Water in 1989. Over the years, you have seen his kids come out to the job, once again learning the trade from the ground up. In 2009, Rachar, his eldest daughter, stepped into the office manager's position. Now, when you call Pure Water, you talk to Rachar, who is knowledgable and can help you break what you need down to "Layman's" terms. Rachar Married Jason in 2009 and he stepped into the business, passing his drillers exam in 2012 and getting his drillers certification.
Meet the Business Owner: Richard L.
Grew up in White Lake Mi, moved to Lachine in 1987. Started Pure Water in 1989. Achieved his Master Ground Water Contractor's License through the NGWA, Believes in Continuing Education, Environmental Implications, and the fine art of Hunting and Fishing!
