My experience coming in to exchange the belt was terrible. I went up to the counter, told her I needed to exchange the belt. She asked who it was for and I thought she was asking if it was for a business so I just said "me". She then told me to "not be catty", and she was coming into this in the middle. I'm not sure what she meant by coming into the middle of it as I had just walked in and not talked to anyone else yet. She then called over someone else and said he needed to know what tractor it was for and model number, I tried to tell them I knew which belt I needed this time. I was then told I was being rude. The man she called over to the counter said "come here I want to show you something" . So I followed him, he walked me past the belt I need, into the back and said I just want you to see how many belts we have. By this time I was almost in tears. I knew where the belts were and which one I needed, so all of this wasn't necessary. To put the icing on the cake when I said I don't think I can come back here again, I was told "that's your prerogative, maam". I've been going to gambles since I was a toddler with my dad, I've never left a store more upset.

It's SeaDoo season, so LISTEN UP MICHIGAN: Lewiston Sun "N Snow is THE ONLY place you should take…read moreyour SeaDoo (or ATV or Snowmobile) for service in northern lower Michigan. . Ask me how I know! (...OK, Imma just tell you:) . I got ripped off when I bought my first SeaDoo. I had a machine that I had just spent thousands of dollars on, and it needed a new engine. Worse yet, an authorized SeaDoo silver dealership took it completely apart and refused to put it back together, AND HELD IT HOSTAGE because I wanted a second opinion and estimate. Once I got it back, I called, emailed, texted--even visited in person with the SeaDoo in tow--just about every authorized SeaDoo dealership in the lower peninsula, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM declined to service it. I was just about to tow it to the junk yard when Tawas Bay Marine told me to try Lewiston Sun "N Snow. That is how I met Vito and Todd. They took a look at my giant pile of rusted parts--not knowing if everything was there or not--and said "Yeah, I've got another one of these to do, I'll just do yours at the same time." They gave me the straight story: this is a difficult job, it wouldn't be easy, it wouldn't bet be cheap. But as a result, they saved this SeaDoo customer from throwing in the towel on PWCs for the rest of my life. Instead, I got my SeaDoo back before July 4th weekend in PERFECT RUNNING ORDER! EVERYTHING works. The display, the auto suspension, and of course the supercharged engine. What a blast. I bought a new trailer from them, broke in the new engine late last summer and returned to Sun 'N Snow for the initial 10 hour service. I now drive an hour and a half from Traverse City whenever I need service, and I won't ever go anywhere else again. There are a lot of cheats and liars out there in the land of Seadoos, but I can tell you these guys are genuine experts. If you live anywhere from Manistee to Cheboygan to Tawas, do yourself a favor and make the drive to Lewiston Sun 'N Snow.
