They are concerned about member suggestion & noticed some were accommodated when possible. Trainers always willing and active with their clients. Repairs are attended when needed, wether it's a member (or themselves) that brings it to attention of staff. Classes are also available to members (non members) and have been inquiring about the classes they'd like to see. Owners are great people, easy to approach. Being 24 hr hour gym (for members) is a great option, can't make excuses not to go hehe. It's been an all round great experience since join 2 yrs ago. I'd recommend this gym to anyone looking.
