The service was excellent- we met the owner, and he was gracious and very​ friendly; we waited (and honestly, not more than 5 minutes, so little we didn't even notice​ we were waiting) and the owner apologized. ​If you're in the area and need something other than meat, meat, and more meat, this is the place for you. I love pulled pork and I was expecting a nice juicy tender pulled pork but unfortunately, this one was chunks of pork and, not juicy at all. The taste was quite ok and, after I threw in a lot of sauce it tasted better. The Chilli cheese fries were really nice and I quite liked them. For dessert I ordered the brownie which was quite nice but the cheesecake was anything but a cheesecake. Overall a nice place and I will come back and try the normal burgers before making up my mind about this place. The people sitting next to us had ordered ribs and the portion was huge however looked dry. Having had such amazing burgers in so many cities I have lived or travelled to, I am fussy about burgers and, I am afraid this place has not quite met the mark for me. We were seated quickly and our food came out quickly. The burgers are large and packed full of ingredients, I got the veggies burger with garlic fries, it was soo good. There are endless sauces at the table to spice up your burger and fries. You can "pimp your fries" as well which makes them super fancy, I prefer simpler things so I just went with the basic garlic. The prices are reasonable and the vibe inside is very relaxed and hip. I would recomend to anyone craving burgers!
