I loaded up on snacks for my room here multiple times throughout my trip. Having visited multiple times, I saw it calm, and then I saw it packed and super busy. Half of the store is food, snacks, fruit, and various other things. The other half of the store consists of drinks... from water to soda to fruit drinks to alcohol. It's all there for you. I also noticed a small pharmacy section tucked in the front corner but it never seemed like anyone was over there. The aisles are narrow and cramped. Also, the registers are always staffed but the lineup sends people lining up down the aisles of the market. You can imagine how tight and crowded this makes things. It wasn't too big of a deal but it seemed like there were rarely ever people on the drinks side of the store. They could easily reorganize the store if they wanted. I'm only taking off one star for the fruit selection. If you step outside and over to the jeepney terminal, more fruit can be found. And it's cheaper as well. I picked up a pack of 4 green mangoes here... even the bagger guy commented on how they were expensive at 20 pesos for 4. As far as being a quick stop for snacks and water... this market is perfect! Additional note: Bring your reusable bags or they'll charge you. No big deal but make sure you account for a bag cost if you don't have one.

Negative points are that the prices are higher than Puregold down the street; I didn't notice any BOGO deals; you have to pay more for imported goods than other grocery stores; there's no "fresh" meat & seafood section; during busy hours they're crowded, making it difficult maneuvering the narrow aisles. If I can't find what I need at Puregold, then I come here early in the morning to avoid the crowds. It serves it's purpose. FYI - they charge you an additional 2 pesos if you buy a drink from the refrigerated section.

My eye caught sight of a sale going on, so I thought I'd finally go in. Arnold the manager is amazing and runs a tight ship. If you have any issues, he'll make things right. Staff come in an hour before opening to clean and organize the store BEFORE they open! Everyone is professional, hard working and helpful. The guard greets you as you come in and gets you a cart. Store is clean, bright, organized and well stocked. Lots of bargains scattered throughout so keep your eyes open. I appreciate that the meats are covered with plastic wrap to protect them from any flies (didn't see any in the store); no funky smells here, a BIG plus. Clearance items are out in the front and along the aisles on the left side of the store. They sell bulk items like dried fruit and rice. I am pleased that small size packages are available (I'm only cooking for two), besides big bulk packages, which are a cost saver for me. They have a nice assortment of wrapping paper and gift bags. You can also find a small makeup section and an office/school supplies section. I find many of the brands that I use are available here at reasonable prices. BIG props for having a bubble tea place inside. They have tables where I can rest and enjoy a drink, before lugging my groceries home. Their parking lot is comparatively big if you look at other lots in Korea Town. You can easily turn a SUV around before leaving the parking lot. This saves you from having to back out into traffic, so much safer in this area. This is now my favorite non-Korean grocery store here in Korea Town.

It's walking distance from the corner of Don Juico and Fil-Am Friendship Hwy. There are a few parking spaces in the front and the guard can help you maneuver in and out of them: the street traffic can be busy. The fruits and veggies are better here than Puregold. Some of the items don't have price tags on them or on the shelf, so you'll need to use their price check scanner at the back. You'll find me here only IF I'm in the immediate area AND I am in the mood to pick up some seaweed snacks, frozen dumplings or specialty Korean items I need for a recipe. I would much rather go to the daughter store (I'm Mart II) on Don Juico near Puregold, because it's newer, cleaner and staff are friendlier.

Apparently, that was enough to earn a full time security escort. Every aisle I went to, the guard was right behind me. So I finally asked, "Are you following me? Do I look like a shoplifter?" Silence. Stuttering. No eye contact. I told the manager it's pretty bold to treat paying customers like criminals and still expect them to spend money. They lost a sale today. More importantly, they lost a loyal customer. Keep the groceries. I'll take my business somewhere that won't treat me like a thief.

Their produce looks fresh and their meat section doesn't smell. Staff are helpful but don't look too happy. In the back left corner there is a decent size household section. New arrivals and best selling items are marked with signs COOL! There are two working price scanners. Many cashier lines are open and there's no waiting during the daytime on weekdays. What a steal! I also bought a small jar of Korean Citron tea, most places only sell the large jars which are expensive. Only negative: staff aren't the warmest. Open 24/7, with a small eatery that's also open 24/7? Yeah, 365 Dream Mart is now my favorite Korean grocery store in Clark Freeport too! TIP - You can take the gold Jeep (route 2) from the Bayanihan/Main Gate Terminal, and get off at Sutherland. It's a short walk, look for it on your right side.
