Alan Higgs centre is a superb sporting centre. Built a few…read moreyears ago but still maintains its modern look, with great equpiment/facilities. There is an outdoor full size football pitch. Which is of the 3rd generation grass. awesome stuff! You can rent it out for a fee of coursebut is absolutely brilliant! Then there are the indoor pitchs. These are usually split into 4 pitchs. Again using the same generation grass. Great pitch to play on in or outdoor. The most annoying thing about the pitchs are the little bits of black rubber off the pitch, these get everywhere! Absolutely everywhere. Make sure you take off shin pads etc before you go into your own house. Other wise you will be hoovering them up days later. The Higgs centre is easy to get to, has a massive car park which is plenty big enough! There is also some gym equipment up stairs along with a bar.

Then indoors there is an upstairs bar area with tv for watching the football. also it has four smaller indoor pitches made from the same 3rd gen pitch. Great parking facilites and simple to get to from anywhere in coventry or surrounding area.
