I'm not a chain smoker as I check again it's at 17 percent not even 24 hours later. Also when hitting the vape it keeps burning and you can hear it continue to burn for several seconds. If the company will not fix this issue. I will not be buying this brand again or shopping with you all for selling less than quality products. Very ghetto do not recommend.

In all seriousness, I met Eric when he was managing a local watering hole, mentioned that I needed to quit smoking (like so many smokers do) and he told me to come see him at his shop. I had given vaping a few trys and it never really stuck but once Eric introduced me to Kryptonite I haven't looked back since. The shop is awesome, it's not like most vape shops where there are 8 guys sitting around blowing clouds thicker than the smoke at a Post Malone concert which makes it inviting to anyone who comes in and both Eric and Josh are helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to kick the habit of cigarettes!

The people that run this place are always very welcoming and fun to chat with! I always feel kinda bad buying from their sale shelf when I come in usually, but they always got smiles on their faces and are very helpful and knowledgeable with whatever questions you have about their products! In town visiting family I left my charger so I came here and bought a battery charger yesterday…read more When I used it for the new batteries I also bought from here the charger got really hot and produced an electrical burning smell. When I went back today to return it or receive a store credit the cashier smelt the charger and said she could smell the same smell. She also called the manager and then asked me for the batteries I use so she could plug it up for 5 minutes and tell me nothing is wrong with it and they aren't going to do anything about it. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS. SALES ARE OBVIOUSLY SLIM TO NONE SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY! And then the cashier threatened to call the police on me because she saw me talking to someone that was about to go in the store. Not knowing I already called the police and they said it's a civil matter and if I'm not in the store then I'm not breaking the law. AND THE FIRE HAZARD CHARGER WAS OVERPRICED!
