Customer service is a double edged sword situation - they are "helpful" but a little TOO "helpful". You will not have to worry about not being to find assistance. Once you enter the store, one of the associates will target you and follow you, relentlessly persistent on trying to sell you anything and everything in the store. You must be careful when asking for them to help bag you a bulk item, you say you want one pound, you'll end up with 1 1/2 lbs. By then I feel like it's too much trouble to have them scoop back out the excess they "accidentally" put in the bag. Another incident of sketchy customer service is when we purchased numerous boxes (like more than 2 dozen) of moon cakes. They said they had enough in stock and offered to put them all in a large box for us. Once we got home, we realized they snuck in a few boxes of another slow selling, unpopular flavor b/c they ran out of the flavor we wanted. As far as products, first couple of visits we bought some great quality bulk bin items. A little pricey, but worth the premium. Then when we returned for subsequent visits to re-purchase same items, the products were clearly from a different source and of sub par quality. We called and this office came to our rescue! They had a full schedule but squeezed us in. Dr. Shao was unbelievable and I wish that I could move him to Boston so I could see him for regular care.
