Impossible to reach by phone. I live downtown and cannot go that far during covid as i have no car. And since they don't answer anywhere, i will loose my package!! This is the worst consumer service ever, since non-existant. So upset. read more

The Purolator pick up centre is where you need to pick up your delivery if you were not home when they tried to deliver. The good: Woman at the counter was friendly, understood that I had my IDs in my wallet and took a minute to take them out. There is a display of delivery boxes which probably means you can buy some of them for delivery. The bad: There was only one clerk. I came in and had one person in front of me (and waited five minutes). Then four people came behind me, which means the last person will wait quite a while. Place is old, the counters were used up (spots where the "finish" was gone). There were old boxes from deliveries piled up in a corner. Ringing a bell to get service is never a popular choice for me. If it weren't for the kindness of the clerk, this place would score way lower. read more

0 STARS!!! I dont even know where to start when it comes to my experience with Purolator right now. I went to pick up my package and they said someone already picked it up to which I replied its impossible because I am the only one living where I live. The employee or the manager didn't seem to care about anything. I asked if there's other packages at my adress since it's a building but I have a specific apartment number. They didn't even verify and said to go make a police report. While I was waiting in line I WITNESSED THEM GIVE ANOTHER PACKAGE TO THE WRONG RECEIVER BUT THANKFULLY THE RIGHTFUL OWNER WAS ACTUALLY BEHIND HIM IN LINE AND RECOGNIZED THE PACKAGE. I contacted Purolator and they didn't even care to look further and gave me the same answer the depot did. My package is worth a lot of money and not 1 person wants to admit that Purolator might have actually messed up on this one and gave my package to someone with a different apartment or didn't verify the names or ID properly. I will escalate this as high as I can because I refuse to let them make me think I'm crazy and that "someone I know" must have picked up my package. Absolutely the worse service and depot to go to. I am disgusting by the lack of customer service in person and phone. read more

Scam company They were supposed to deliver a heavy package, the truck pass by my door then... leave? what the f*** just happened? I went to my mail box to found... a notice saying I'm not available ?? I'm right here! I knew the bad reputation of this company but now I've seen it, And if you're lucky to have them on the phone.. only lies! They make me believed I could have a second delivery attempt, but I had to call them back several time to realize they didn't take it into account.. and now 3 days after they call me to tell me it won't happend, that I have to make it to this place, to pick up a 74 lb package by myself, by bus. You never got a note that we stopped by? Oh you live in an apartment building - that's why" .... Ummm... Does that make sense? Then, I was told I could have asked for another delivery the next day. I replied that I was never told there would only be one delivery, that I wouldnt even get a note when they stopped by, or that I could call to ask for next day delivery. And how they don't leave note if you fail to be at home in the day on week days when they decide to deliver (Hey Purolator, peoples have lives!)? Well, From personnal experience I can confirm that this is all true! If you can, avoid them! If not, make sure to make them know how you feel about them. They probably offer very cheap rates to online business, and the reason why they can it's because of how awful they are at delivering packages. read more

Cannot leave 0 star. This company only works for their own profit. 1- they don't respect their delivery schedule. Several times it was said the package was to be delivered on a particular day but it never came. 2- they never left a paper to tell they came when not at home, so good luck to know you missed something. 3- if they miss the first attempt, they do not try back the next business day as the tracking says on amazon 4-so what can you do then? Call them. Go on the net, find the number and call. You'll always get an automated message telling you there is more than 10 min of waiting. In fact, each time I tried to called them, I wait a minimum of 45 min. Right now, I'm waiting for another messed delivery and it's more than 1hour of the stupid elevator midi song. If you have the extreme luck to talk to a representative, don't expect happiness from them since they likely get yelled at them all day long. 5- you can reschedule a delivery after calling them but be sure they will deliver during the day time while you are at work. 6- finally, the last option is to get your package yourself at their end of the world industrial neighbourhood that takes 20 min by car from nearly anywhere in the city. Hope you have a car or good shoes! Oh, and they only keep your package 5 business day in their storage. After that, too bad! Yeah, that's the Purolator I know and have experienced many time and that you should expect if your seller do business with them. Gonna leave a bad review for delivery to the seller. VERY DETAILED EXPERIENCE. Worst company ever. Never got my package. Experience with problems over 8 days. Day 1: Says I missed the shipment but I was home all day and it was suppose to arrive from 8am to 9pm but never came. It says in tracking detail it's rescheduled so it makes sense they did not leave a notice to pick it up. Day 2: Says I missed it AGAIN but I was home ALL DAY AGAIN. Still no notice for where to pick it up. Day 3: I live chat them to ask for where my package is for me to pick it up, the person didn't know. They made me wait for tracking specialist. It says package arrived at sort facility how tf do they not know where it was. Day 4: Live chat AGAIN, the person said they do not know here my delivery is and was not on the truck on day 2 nor day 3 (wtf why did it say I was unable to receive on day 2 then). Get contacted by specialist and took her 1 day to give me answer about where my package is. Day 5: Specialist told me that my package is on its way. I waited for the WHOLE DAY AGAIN (3RD TIME), no one came, bell did not ring(never rang on the other day either), no notice for where to pick it up (WTF MAN DO THEY EVEN DELIVER). Live chat AGAIN, the person says I can pick it up at a place (30min with car from where I live) but I have to wait until day 6 to pick it up because the drive did not come back yet. AND GUESS WHAT THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY (DAY 8) TO PICK IT UP. Conclusion: Second time that I order something online and get delivery from this company. Really bad service and I am pretty sure they don't even deliver it, the driver just pass right by your place or just not at all and you have to pick up your package yourself. Never again will I get this company' services. They don't deserve even 1 star. If I could, it will be a negative star. I use more time on this than I usually would for a review or any dissertation I ever made. That's how bad it is and mad I am with this company. Avoid using Purolator Montréal if you can and tell your friends. They have rarely made an effort to deliver to me. I recently had a phone argument with a delivery agent who was determined that I had to give him a ring number - I have none. He said ok, ok it will be delivered on Monday. I knew what that meant - it meant I would have to drive 10km to Anjou to pick it up - as usual. Service here is no good. Someone should tell them that the world is moving to on-line shopping and those who want to participate will be required to provide good service. read more
