Our initial encounter with this company was wonderful, however, once our stuff was picked up, it…read morerapidly went downhill. We moved from Ontario to BC. Our property was picked up June 23rd, and we left for BC the same day. It was weighed June 24th in the morning. We paid on June 26th. Our property did not even leave Cambridge until June 30th/July 2nd. We did not find this out until July 5th. Our items were not received until July 18th. Now, when our stuff was delivered, we could see that many boxes were broken open and our bar, china cabinet and 2 bookshelves damaged. The people who delivered our goods did not really speak english, and told us just to write stuff down and take pictures. A few days later, I was finally able to reach an owner to whom I expressed our great displeasure. Over the course of those 3 days, we discovered that our television was completely broken, as were other items inside the broken boxes. All told, we suffered more than $3000 worth of damaged goods. We filled out the claims form and have now been told our claim was denied because we did not properly fill out the forms when the delivery men were here. I have since discovered dozens of similar experiences and reviews online. This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to move peoples contents, as the movers clearly have no respect for people or their property. If I could give negative stars, I would.

They didn't even leave a mess behind. The move took a little longer than expected (we were told 5 - 18 business days, it actually took 22 business days), but shorter than any other company would offer.
