Apparently instead of delivering to the front door where the actual mail is, they decided to go around a block to drive into the laneway behind the buildings and stick their note on the rear balcony door. They obviously didn't knock because there are dogs in the closest unit who would have gone crazy, but even if they had theirs basically two whole units in between sound wise. Calling gets you a robot that is mostly useless and just redirects to a virtual assistant via text message which can hold a package at their remote location nearly half an hour away or schedule a redelivery with a ridiculous 12 hour wide window. While having no means to address the actual issue of the driver arbitrarily going out of their way to a completely wrong door, which would essentially always fail unless I go sit on a balcony in the wonderful winter weather waiting for them to meet them for 12 hours. I don't know why the business sending me items has chose Purolator to ship with and I will be mentioning this to them as well. If they had just shipped with Canada Post they seem to be able to find the front door and even if it wasn't deliverable their pick up locations are centralized in town. read more

This company doesn't give a s#!t about it's customers. I have a Snr barcode label that they're supposed to scan not requiring me to sign for packages. They can leave packages secure on my sheltered patio. Not only that my shop is on the same property which is a business and the business name is on the label I didn't get a knock on my office door. Now I have to drive 1-1/2hr round-trip trip to do their job. Garbage company. 2nd time now this happened after telling them I have a no signature label to scan. read more

monday sept. 27 purolator said the try to deliver but myself my wife and our big dog who barks at everything heard nothing. all i got was a notice telling me i did not get my package. i get billed for payment from the date of del. and as usual i got nothing. why is this outfit is still in business. read more

I have never in my life seen a company so incompetent. They sent me an email stating my parcel would arrive Thursday. Didn't arrive , Friday morning another email, don't know when it will arrive now. Friday afternoon your parcel won't arrive now for 4 or 5 days now due to the pandemic. That is the most rediculus statement I have ever heard. My parcel was on the truck last Thursday and the truck had a driver but do to the pandemic the driver couldn't deliver it. Now tell me how does that work ? I cancelled my parcel and the company will give me a full refund. Not good for the company as they have lost the business because of purolator and of course I loose too and by the way purolator wouldn't answer there customer service line. Great Company ! I ordered fresh bagels from Montreal,they were shipped on Monday arrived on Tuesday morning at 8:30am at the depot 30min from my house got an email that they would deliver that day,no show,Wednesday morning got an email saying delivery that day guess what no show! Called customer service at 5:30pm and they told me the box was put on the wrong truck so no product let's not forget this is a food item. Now we are Thursday got an email saying today is the day it's now 12:25 pm will it show??? By the way called the vendor and recommended they not use these guys read more

i was home at 11:24 on december 31, and there was no delivery attempt, they just left a sticker, guess they didnt feel like taking the box off the truck even though i was right there. so now i'm going to have to take a bus to your pickup station, using my very limited disability money, because of your failure to deliver. this isnt the first time your employees have been too lazy to take a package off the truck forcing me to pay extra in order to complete your delivery for you. you should add those extra costs to your shipping and inform your customers that you dont actually complete deliverys and require the customer to pickup at your warehouses. Im unlikely to be using your services again, will be informing others of this experience and filling out as many long winded one out of five star reviews as possible. Happy new year read more
