I brought my desktop in for a simple power supply change. I brought in my own power supply. Although when doing so they greatly compromised the functions on my computer. Most of my simple programs would not open like calculator. Also all the files had to be relocated to open in each individual program. Something simple they could have done themselves. I ran my desktop like I normally would, with a lot of programs (I use it for work)and the BRAND NEW power supply crashed. My desktop will no longer turn on. $250 later and a complete waste of money.
