For an ice cream place it's the best but ONLY due to the closing of the Lewisburg freeze before mays took it over. The ice cream is just ok topping are small and a place to get ice cream but not a place if you are looking for something to really enjoy and savor. Service is fast at the window. Now I have had their honey dipped fried chicken and that my friends is the real winner. They are easily one of the best places to get milkshakes! Later, I went back to purple cow and got some ice cream. It's just as good as the milkshakes! Rather than apologizing, the general manager called me a liar and told me she hopes that I don't go back. The other known treat is the what is called the BBQ sandwich made with ground beef for Central PA, other places call it sloppy joes.
