I was a new patient, had never been to the office, and was treated like an afterthought. Dr. Wang never even introduced herself, or explained anything about acupuncture, knowing that I was new to the treatment. I was asked a few questions, then told to take off my clothes and lie on the table. After the acupuncture, she said that someone, (not sure if a name was given) would be in to do cupping. The person, who worked at the front desk, and never greeted me or gave me her name, came in. She started putting the cups on me, and two popped off; so, she called in a reinforcement. The other staff member also did not introduce herself, or explain anything about the cupping procedure, just that it is supposed to reduce inflammation, and only lasts for 5 minutes. What NOONE told me until the cups were being removed, (the person said, "did anyone tell you that this causes bruising?", to which I answered emphatically, "NO", as no one really explained anything to me. I now have dark purple bruises all over my back...had I known this would happen, I would have opted out of the cupping altogether. I wonder what cures the inflammation of my nerves that this visit has caused?? I have never had such a BAD experience, and will NEVER go back to Dr. Wang for anything!!!

I have used chiropractic as a supplement to of course my primary care physicians and specialists all through the years. In this case, however, I found myself in pain due to the truck in front of me dumping half of his bumper in the road, which immediately flew underneath my little car. I slammed on the brakes in order to not destroy my car, but alas, my car was totaled from this kind of an impact. Right now, I am battling with the insurance company and mourning the loss of my little convertible that I treasured and kept in impeccable condition. That said, three days after this unfortunate occurrence I noticed that my neck was very tight and I was having symptoms. I decided I needed to go to be evaluated by chiropractic. My primary care physician wanted me to go to the emergency room, but I knew that would become an unnecessary expenditure of money. I do not have a chiropractor in this area so I sought the help of yelp! This was an outstanding visit in which I left feeling so much better! My doctor (Dr Hoback) had a wonderful sense of humor, was kind and very gentle with me, knowing that I was in good deal of discomfort. I will agree with every single person on Yelp that between the office, the phone call, the ease of filling out forms and the doctor herself, that this is an outstanding little practice. I am thrilled! And here- I found them by accident- lol! But I look forward to restoring my neck and focusing on all over body health for the future. The office staff is kind and friendly. They also carry standard process products of which I have been a huge fan of for many years. I am so glad that I found them and I plan to be a regular patient here after my aches and pains are fixed.
