Our dogs were treated, loved on, walked, and, when we went to pick them up, completely tired from playing with all the other doggie guests (including Jess and Rachel's pups [always a good sign when the owner/employees bring their dogs to the facility]). We wouldn't have been able to enjoy the wedding without their assistance, and the peace of mind Chelsea Dog provided for us, as we knew our pups were in good hands. So I did and so the day before my appointment I called to confirm and was told I did not have one and that they were totally booked. Other customers brought in their dogs for their grooming with a legitimate appointment and 3 hours later while their dogs were left in a cage were told they are too busy to groom and you will have to come and pick them up. The dogs were hot and sweaty and upset! This is animal cruelty. How could anyone leave any pet in a cage for 3 hours and then tell you to come and pick them up!?! And they had an appointment! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE! AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HURTING YOUR PET THIS WAY! A CUSTOMER WAS TOLD THAT "ITS ONLY AN ANIMAL!" She grooms them exactly like I ask and I havent been disappointed. Completely different cuts as well. They are never stressed at all when I pick them up - some of you know exactly what I mean by that. I'm going to try my ol' guy with her since his groomer has retired. Hopefully HE will adjust as well because I dont think I have the patience that some of these groomer have to try to do it myself.

I just spent almost an hour and a half in there with my dog for a wellness exam because they have over booked and understaffed there facility. I was told by the front office gal that her intestines were irritated and glands were full, so 125.00 later she brought my girl to me wrapped in her blanket. So when I got in the car, she jumped out of her blanket and that's when it hit us! The smell was horrid! The vet didn't even bother to clean her up before giving her back.
