Jessica and Rachel from Chelsea Dog accommodated us, even staying a bit longer than their normal business hours so that we wouldn't have to leave the wedding early. Our dogs were treated, loved on, walked, and, when we went to pick them up, completely tired from playing with all the other doggie guests (including Jess and Rachel's pups [always a good sign when the owner/employees bring their dogs to the facility]). We wouldn't have been able to enjoy the wedding without their assistance, and the peace of mind Chelsea Dog provided for us, as we knew our pups were in good hands. This doggie daycare/grooming facility is definitely the way to go if you're in town for Cedar Point, the lakeside resorts, a local or whatever.

So I did and so the day before my appointment I called to confirm and was told I did not have one and that they were totally booked. I asked to speak to the manager and she was like the gestapo and said you cannot make an appointment online. I told her it said I could on your billboard. She replied it doesn't work! This Bitch is anti-customer and yet they let her continue her disrespect to clients. Other customers brought in their dogs for their grooming with a legitimate appointment and 3 hours later while their dogs were left in a cage were told they are too busy to groom and you will have to come and pick them up. The dogs were hot and sweaty and upset! This is animal cruelty. How could anyone leave any pet in a cage for 3 hours and then tell you to come and pick them up!?! And they had an appointment! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE! AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HURTING YOUR PET THIS WAY! A CUSTOMER WAS TOLD THAT "ITS ONLY AN ANIMAL!" PLEASE STOP TAKING YOUR PET THERE - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!

My husband provided an email from the vet stating that she could be groomed. The manager got involved because Sam still refused to groom our dog. Sam overrode the manager's decision and the vets. So we are now going to to a different groomer. The manager was very professional. Sam was not professional or nice at all.

I just spent almost an hour and a half in there with my dog for a wellness exam because they have over booked and understaffed there facility.
