Stopped in here because Kalahari is cashless EXCEPT for guest laundry and I needed quarters! Unfortunately they have machines to put cash onto cards. Was about to walk out when an employee stopped me and asked if he could help. Ended up cashing in my $15 for quarters. Extremely helpful!! I never heard of a place that is a car wash, pet grooming and laundry service. We ended up coming here and doing laundry as our hotel laundry machine was broken and only got our clothes clean. The prices are pretty good and everything is on a card, you do have to pay a minimum of $5 dollars which is alright, we will know next time to just come here. Depending on which machine you use, prices vary from 0.50 to 0.31 to dry the clothes for 8 minutes. We wish we came to this place after we checked into our hotel. read more

Good place for all your cleaning needs! Cars - Cats - Pups - Blankies - etc. We go there every now and then to give our big blankets a wash and the facilities are well maintained and clean. The car wash staff have always been nice and helpful, though admittedly you don't have much interaction with them seeing as how you're in your vehicle and all. this establishment was probably the cleanest and nicest laundry facility i've ever been to, and easy to use with a card you load versus dealing with coins. i would have given this place a 5-star rating if it weren't for the below. i have a small psychiatric service dog with me, to which she wears a badge around her neck with my license number as registered in my home city, and i have doctor's notes on my person at all times. i didn't catch the name of the man working here, but he approached me and asked me to leave because of my dog- which was rude to begin with, but i understand that he was not aware, so i wasn't even upset with that. the problem was when i let him know she's a service dog, he asked me for paperwork and identification. even though i showed him the badge on her collar and paperwork from my doctor, he told me that she needed to be wearing a vest, and was insinuating that i should leave. the americans with disabilities act prohibits anyone from requiring identification or certification documents for service animals. there are two questions you may ask: "is this a service animal?" and "what are they trained to do?" i told the man working that he cannot force me to provide paperwork (even though i did) and he told me that i was incorrect. please educate your employees. this made me feel embarrassed and frankly was an embarrassment to your business. treat people the way you'd want to be treated because we're all humans. read more

This is a review of the laundromat part, though they also have a carwash, dogwash, and a cash4gold place?? PROS: I've never been to a laundromat before, so I was expecting something sort of grimey.. but this place is VERY clean. It looks new. The location is nice-- right on Milan Road (across from the mall). Lots of washing machines and dryers (3 kinds-- 25 lb load, 30 lb, or 50 lb). Plenty of seating or folding space. Reasonable price-- for a 30 lb washer (which they say holds 3 baskets of laundry, though I doubt that) it cost $3.50. The huge 50 lb machines were like $4-5/load, but they're supposed to hold like 8 baskets of laundry. The dryer was only like $0.25 /10 minutes. Both washer and dryer work really fast. The washer takes only 26 minutes. The dryer on medium heat completely dried my clothes in 26 minutes. CONS: Very busy (on a Sunday at least), wi-fi didn't work well. Also the machines don't take coins (you need to put money on some sort of card that you swipe on the machines. you can buy the cards there with either cash or visa/master card). Not a big deal, just one extra step. I'll probably be back. Next time I'll bring my coffee and a book with me since I know the wi-fi is slow. read more

We were vacationing at Cedar Point and stopped here to do some laundry. It was very nice and clean. About as good as a laundromat gets. Oddly, it also has a car wash and dog wash too. The whole building is newly built. read more

The manager "Robert" jumped in the back of my 2017 truck to push a bag of mulch that didn't moved , and knocked over a gallon of white paint and ruined my truck bed! Then wouldn't even squirt it out or attempt to clean it! Very Rude and I will never go to this car wash again! I was a loyal customer who was there at least 1-2 per week since I own 5 vehicles. Our washer was broken-we hadn't been to a laundromat for more than 30 years-other customers that were there that day were friendly -the manager helped us with the plastic card system (no more quarters needed). The machines were fast and we were done in 90 minutes. The place was clean and quiet-all in all a good experience! read more

This car wash was the second time at me to visit to the carwash and it's actually a really decent car wash and it's relatively unmanned. When you arrive there there are two kiosks the cars lined up to that you swipe your credit card and enter the type of car wash you want and they try to upsell you on things like tire shine and Simoniz wax and such. Compared to some of the other car washes have been too I would prefer they just went ahead and included the tire shine on there because it drastically increases the price of a car wash rather quickly. There is a guy that works the car wash his main job is to guide you onto the tracks so you don't wreck your car or the car wash. It does an exceptionally good job of washing your car and the only real Achilles is that tail lamp pocket in the back than most car washes seem to miss. Drying cycle seems adequate and it's plenty of friends water is well seeing as how they are right on Lake Erie LOL read more

The Swagger Wagon was covered in overall grossness. I knew I had to act fast. I was a little skeptical about the quality of this place, a laundry mat? What kinda "stop and wash it all" joint was this? I pulled in and was decently surprised by the selections of washes, good prices too! I went ahead and selected the "platinum" wash, because I was feeling regal (and I'm worth it). I can't remember all the toppings I got with it, but I must've been impressed because I dropped that $19 fast. I pulled around and was greeted by a friendly worker who pointed at signs for me to put my car in neutral and battin' down the hatches. I had never done a car wash like this before, so I was freakin'. My car moved forward and BAM. IT'S TIME TO SCRUB-A-DUB-DUB! WATER. SOAP. LOTS OF SOAP. DANCING TREES, DANCING BUSHES, SO MUCH BLUE FOLIAGE WAS CLEANING MY CAR! ORANGE FOAM, GREEN FOAM, BLUE FOAM. MORE SOAP AND FOLIAGE. I screamed and yelled a lot. Signs blinked with what was happening but I was too busy wetting my pants to realize what was going on. Finally, I got the last rinse and was dried off. I switched back into drive and pulled into the nearest parking spot. I took a moment to catch my breath. I was pretty nervous to see my car, was it going to be clean? I stepped out and...SWEET MOTHER OF HOT RODS. THAT BABY WAS SHINIER THEN A TEENAGER AT PROM. It was so clean too! No dirt, tires looked good, and that darn seagull poop had DISAPPEARED. It was still pretty wet, so I grabbed some paper towels from my own stash and wiped that sucker down. I stood back and admired Clean Scene's work. Very impressive! 11/10, would wash again! Please be aware that the express wash here is only soap sprayed on, 1 brush on each side of the car and a rinse. There are no brushes used for the front of the car, windshield or back of the car. To have brushes used during the wash, you must upgrade to the next level. Felt like I wasted $5, which included $1 for "spot free" rinse. Since everything is automated, including payment, there is no way to know which wash actually would clean my car. read more
