There's 2 tiers in membership. I just have the regular since, I am a member at another gym already. However, their uplyft package allows you to utilize their infrared saunas, chilly goat cold plunge tubs, and recovery room with Normatec compression therapy sleeves. Almost forgot! If you love cardio, this gym is not it! There are no cardio equipments, and there are no classes available at this gym atm. This is a no cardio zone so, strength training equipment only. I do dance 3-4x a week at LT so, this does not bother me. However, if I wasn't already a member at another gym with classes and cardio equipments, I'd probably not join this gym. This gym for me is a good supplemental gym for the moment. So, If you enjoy quality equipment without the crowd, love to lift heavy, and dislike cardio.. This is the gym to join. PS: They have dumbbells over 100lbs.
