Her salon was super easy to find. Ty greeted me at the door at the time of my appointment, she asked me what my preferred look was and being my first time, I wanted a very basic look to start off with. She gave me different options in length and spacing and helped me decided on the look I was going for. She explained that if I needed to come back to have her add or remove any lashes after we were done, she was would happy to accommodate. This was probably the selling point for me. It put me ease to know that even my pickiness would be welcomed! We spent about an hour and a half on the table as she worked on my lashes, keeping me updated on exactly what she was doing. I could tell she putting real effort into her work to be precise and gentle to keep me comfortable. My lashes came out beautifully! Afterwards Ty gave me special instructions on how to care for them in the next coming weeks. She made the whole experience for me such a great one, with lash look that I wanted, with her professionalism, and her overall sweet personality.

Ok fine, I did my Googling... My left eyebrow looked like it had too much taken off at the top although she did say one would need to be filled in more than the other as I was laying there (prior to me seeing anything). Afterwards, for the entire day and evening, I kept wondering why my *eyelid* was burning. When I got home, it appeared my eyeLID had gotten burnt by the wax or lamination stuff (I really don't know). The tint lasted about a week and the lamination is still going pretty well at the 3.5 weeks. I honestly don't think I would go back to pay another $95

I am convinced the little old lady that gave me the pedicure has never done one before. I wanted my nails short (b/c of being in tennis shoes, dress shoes etc) I asked her 3 times to go shorter & they still aren't where I want them. She was barely BARELY snipping them. I'll end up cutting them in a couple days. When she filed my toenails she was barely touching them. I felt like she was "petting" my toes & feet with the tools she had. GIRL - get in there! I'm paying you to clean this up - not simply running the tools over the top of my toes. I get regular pedicures so my heels aren't THAT bad... but she spent less than 30 seconds on each of them. I paid $45 for - pretty much - a polish change.
