The mall closed at 9pm, and after consulting the mall's information board, I made it into Sandeep's chair at 8:43pm. (I know, not a great start.) I was truly embarrassed that I barely beat closing time, she was exhausted (I could see it on her face and she confirmed it), but I needed her... BAD! She pushed through, and even joked with me about the horrific state of my brows. Her work was fabulous, and because I still felt bad about closing time, I kinda' tried to rush her! She showed me my brows, they were perfect and I quickly sat up to leave, she practically pushed me back down! Sandeep proceeded to trim my brows with scissors. (Oh yeah, forgot that part! Great!) She showed me again, they were even more perfect, and I sat up again. She pushed me back down again and whips out a bow stencil, brow brush, and shadow. I reply, "Thank you, but that's really not necessary. It's late and I'm just going home to wash my face." Sandeep smiles, taps my shoulder (cue for me to shut up and lie down), and fills my brows in anyway. My brows were camera ready when I left. Who does that past closing time? I'll tell you who... friggin' Sandeep. That's who! Because of this epic introduction, she's my Mississippi brow girl from this day forward! P.S. My mother-in-law, who was with me watching from the waiting area, is now a fan also and can't wait to come back to Sandeep for her first threading! What a win tonight Sandi! You've won our hearts!

The end results look good but not $95+ tip good and I really didn't get too much aftercare instructions and she knew it was my first rodeo. All she told me was to apply coconut oil and brush then. Ok fine, I did my Googling... My left eyebrow looked like it had too much taken off at the top although she did say one would need to be filled in more than the other as I was laying there (prior to me seeing anything). Afterwards, for the entire day and evening, I kept wondering why my *eyelid* was burning. When I got home, it appeared my eyeLID had gotten burnt by the wax or lamination stuff (I really don't know). The tint lasted about a week and the lamination is still going pretty well at the 3.5 weeks. I honestly don't think I would go back to pay another $95

The service I received was a Brazilian and leg wax. Leg wax are not my favorite but during the service I did not feel any pain while getting my legs waxed. She's amazing. Would definitely recommend. My second visit here was with Lyndsey. Breana was not available on the day I needed to go in. Lyndsey did an amazing job as well. She's proficient and makes you feel comfortable as well. I had such an amazing experience here. I moved recently and I've had trouble finding a masseuse…read morethat knows how to truly give a massage and not just a cursory "rub down" like places that rhyme with Garage Entry. I booked last minute for a facial and a 1.5 hour massage and they were happy to accommodate me. Crystal met me before their normal office hours to start my facial which was SO relaxing. She focused on acne and it actually helped! Instead of an awful steamer she used hot towels and applied four or five creams to my face, each after a cleansing hot towel. She finished by applying an exfoliating scrub to my lips which worked wonders - I really need to find out what it was so I can buy some! She was very sweet and made sure everything was soothing. It was a great way to relax before my massage. The room was calm and comfortable. There were essential oils being diffused and the lights were low; there was enough light for them to see what they were doing, but not so much that I was bothered by the light. The room had two tables: one for the facial and one for the massage. I believe the massage table could have been heated - I saw a cord at the bottom - but the room was the perfect temperature so I didn't ask. When the facial was over, I switched to the other, wider massage bed and Raymond came in to give me my massage. He used some sort of lotion instead of oil, so I left feeling soft and clean instead of with oily skin. He did not hold back with the pressure - I have back and leg issues so I requested heavy pressure and he went for it. Again, he knew exactly what he was doing! He also used hot towels to remove the extra lotion and calm my body. I was definitely sore for a few days afterwards but I like to think that's a sign of a good massage. The entire salon was very nice and if I had been in town for longer I might have gone back for a pedicure in the lovely nail section. I'm not sure if they do hair as well but I know there were other options available including eyebrow treatments. Crystal and Raymond seem to know how to do most things when it comes to beauty and body treatments. I know they do waxing, including brazilians, which is hard to find in Jackson. The one negative was that I did pay a little more than I was planning to, but I felt like I got my money's worth. They didn't act like they were on a tight schedule - they didn't rush around, so even though I'm sure they kept an eye on the clock, it didn't feel like that to me, which goes a long way. I will happily return the next time I'm in Jackson!
