Their rates, both for savings and for loans, are always competitive and often the best available to me anywhere. They are always running contests to reward members or raise money for charities or both, and there are special programs for younger savers and others who might have extra challenges keeping money in a bank. They have 3 offices now, so pretty accessible to county residents. I recommend Greater Chautauqua FCU over every commercial bank I have ever dealt with, and at least on par, if not better than, other credit unions I have had dealings with. They are a credit union with heart.

All the employees' at the bank are always incredibly friendly and pleasant willing to help. This bank is an independent bank and probably the oldest bank, in New York State establish in 1882. In light, it's long, establish presence in Cattaraugus, NY the bank has evolved with modern banking. My personal opinion, the bank has a great outreach with the surrounding communities, thus, maintains great customer service.
