They came out and the service person busted the lid to our septic tank. I have been in contact with company and it went from them blaming us to the owner stating he would fix it. Had PVI out in December, they broke the septic tank lid and made a half hearted attempt and barely pumped out tank, I paid the $200 and they said they would be back to finish and they never came back. Now, just 4 months later, septic backs up again, called another contractor who showed me they had not pumped it out right the first time so I call PVI back to come finish the job. After pumping it out this time, they charged me another $150 and told me if I didn't pay, they would pump it all back in ! Do not use this ripoff company. read more
