Fantastic stop if you're hungry on your way from Launceston to the Bay of Fires. The dairy does frequent cheese tasting during the day, with an informative spiel about each cheese. The Holy Cow Cafe has good daily specials, and of course includes cheese platters. While you eat lunch, you can even watch the cows line up for milking. Definitely add to the Tasmanian itinerary. read more
