Kuhlmann and his team conducted a thorough inspection. I was on-site for a time and each inspector explained in detail any and all issues they discovered. By the following day I received the written inspection results from Kuhlmann and each member of his team. The results were in exacting detail, which allowed me to ask the seller to address very specific issues. I might also mention that Kuhlmann was very flexible when the seller, at the last minute, canceled the inspection. It had to be rescheduled for the next day.
