They walked me through some steps and suggested there must be a GFI switch that controlled the outlets, but none of the outlets appeared to be GFI. They stayed on the phone while I flipped breakers again, but that still didn't get the outlets to work. They said it would likely be expensive to send someone all the way to Port St Lucie from West Palm but they would give me an estimate to help me decide. All in all, we were on the phone about 10 minutes. I was about to text them my address so they could figure out the distance and determine costs, and decided to look at the outlets one more time. Turns out, the previous owners had painted the outlet plates, so I had to look closely to see that one of them actually was a GFI. After resetting that, everything worked fine. I really appreciated the time Power Pro spent with me on the phone. Even though I was outside of their usual service area, they didn't just blow me off as some contractors have done. Now I wish I did live closer to them, as I would definitely use them in the future.

So not wanting to deal with another electrician I did a bit of work myself which of course led to some issues I couldn't figure out. Was told that Martins is good, but no,, they were OUTSTANDING !!! They found my issues were coming from the install of the box that the first guy didn't tighten down the neutrals, so that was causing the short to happen. They then went over the work I did to ensure it was to code AND they went thru the entire house checking the switches for loose neutrals, which they found a bunch as well. Their attitude was so great, that they were here to help me and I didn't get that feeling of being talked down to, like I got from the other place. HIGHLY recommend them. I got very lucky today. I found Ben by reading Yelp reviews. Last night all of our kitchen outlets went down. No coffee, no toaster over, no air fryer, etc. We have two growing boys and needed our kitchen working. I called Ben around 10:00 AM and he was to my house by 12:30 PM! Fast! i was wondering just what kind of electrician I would get. To my absolute delete, Ben showed up! He was knowledgeable, pleasant, intelligent (even teaching me about the issue while he worked) and had our issue fixed with an hour. On top of all of that, he quoted me a price before he came. When he got here he discovered the issue was a little more involved and needed to get a different part at Home Depot. He left, was gone and back within 15 minutes. I contacted them early Monday morning and was advised someone would be in touch with me, which did not happen. Here it was going on 11:00 o'clock and no word as to when I would be serviced. I called back and advised them if they could not service me just let me know. The individual showed a lack of concern and simply said okay. This is entirely unacceptable customer service. I have been without service over the holiday weekend, and this contractor has no interest in fulfilling the job. Moving right along.....
