What stood out the most for me is how healthy my face still looks. Prior to starting, I told her that my t-zone gets VERY oily. By noon, I'm always using at least two sheets of blotting paper. Harmony is the first person to tell me that my skin is actually very dehydrated from my intense skincare products and that's why my skin is producing so much oil. (And I've seen many estheticians). After my facial which included a calming, hydrating mask -- my skin hasn't been oily since! I haven't used ONE blotting sheet yet!! Harmony makes you feel so welcomed yet relaxed with her sweetness & hospitality. Talking to her was effortless as if we knew each other in our previous life! I try to do a lot of research on skincare on my own since it's been my new recent obsession... and obviously, I don't know everything but I felt comfortable asking Harmony all the questions on my list. She answered them all in great depth, along with advices & new tips!! (Which I don't need to share because you can book with her yourself and find out!) I got the American Herbal Facial, which I recommend, because she uses a heating mask over those annoying steamers that's on the whole time. Not only was it more relaxing, but it also didn't leave my skin red and irritated afterwards. (Which is usually the case after extractions with other facials I've had in my life.) Harmony has over 20 years of experience as well. It was honestly a pleasure to have a facial/skincare Q&A session with her! Our session went by so fast!! Lastly -- a few other positives: - There's a parking lot! Tricky the first time but then it's easy. - She did not once try to force me into any other services or strongly advertise her products. - Because I did ask about them anyway, they're CRUELTY FREE!! The most expensive item is about $22(?) so it's affordable. Best of all, the products are made without sulfates, parabens, & all the other bad stuff. - Clean area - American herbal facial also offers heated mittens which makes your hands feel warm and makes them baby soft The only negative I have for any first time client is that she only accepts cash & personal checks for payment right now. It's still worth it to book with her! Especially for the holidays & colder weather. I'm grateful to have found her!

But really, her brow waxes are the least of what amazing services she offers. A few years ago I was struggling with acne and had visited a local dermatologist who only made matters worse. It's quick easy and you get a reminder. It's especially helpful for those, like me, who forget appointments. She is located inside Bellazza Day Spa on Grove Street in Franklin. Bonus, she's closer to me now. Her new location is nice and quiet and a much more relaxing atmosphere. Her room is inviting as is she. Her facials are amazing. She pays attention to any issues you have with your skin and gives great advice on ways to fix it. When I leave my face is always feeling nice, clean and rejuvenated.
