Then, she moved on to my Brazilian. Keep in mind I took a break for a while and needed this sensitive area waxed! She worked quickly and talked to me to keep me comfortable the entire time. She told me I should exfoliate the area (after 2 days past) and suggested a product they carry for that exact purpose. I have always had a great experience at the EWC but this Brazilian was by far the least painful and uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

I had previously had my lashes done 5-6 times by another lash specialist but couldn't get back in…read more This specialist was very nice and worked extremely quickly for a whole new set. I had never experienced pain before but she kept pulling one area, I'm not sure why. But it felt like my real eyelashes were being pulled out. Also the fumes were pretty rough compared to what I've experienced. When I opened my eyes my left eye was stuck closed and then once opened burned, which again, had never experienced before. She used distilled water humidifier to relieve it. I felt mildly okay when I left. However, right after my left eye started tearing and my entire left forehead and sinus cavity started to be extremely painful. My nose started dripping. This is something I never experienced before and after looking it up it seems like some of the glue probably got into my eye and irritated the left side of my head and face. The pain was honestly almost unbearable the night of, I took Tylenol and Benadryl because I read that could help. The next day it isn't as bad but still is painful. I wouldn't call this an allergy to the glue since I've done it half a dozen times before and never, ever had any pain, watering of eyes, or a terrible headache. The eyelashes look okay but aren't up to par with what I've had before. I wouldn't go back. Also I did notice right before going that all of the after photos she shared the client eyes are red. My eyes were never red before and it seems like her technique may not be as precise. I don't feel comfortable going back. And I think I'll have to find someone to take these off if I continue to be in pain.
