I took a chance and just walked in because the parking lot was completely empty. I had 2 hours to kill in between dropping my daughter off at the mall and had to get a pedicure. The man ( owner ) did my toes. I had an emergency I had broken my toenail really really bad and he helped me by adding a tip and acrylic to the big toe nail. I was AMAZED it looked so great!!! He also gave me a spa pedicure and I have to say the leg massage was pretty amazing. They took their time and was very polite asking me if the water was too hot or if he was hurting me when he filed the nails. I had a great experience and my feet looked sexy great. I don't live in this area so I probably wouldn't come again but I have to say it was a great experience they are very accommodating. The place looked a little outdated and it was desolate. I was the only one in the entire place. Like I said I was desperate and they did do an amazing job so I guess I got lucky. Thank you. I am very happy. read more

I took my dau-in-law and granddaughter for a Christmas gift mani-pedi. When my toes were done, they ended up crooked and smeared. When I asked for the polish on the skin to be removed, some was. I was moved for my pedicure, and I stated that I still wasn't happy. Yelling started (we were the only customers), from the man who identified himself as the owner, and the woman who did my nails. I started that I still had polish on my skin. They both were difficult to understand, and as they were angry then, spoke louder and faster. He said that they would not service me, but would the rest of my family. I really wanted a manicure, so I said that I was paying for all. They then went to my dau-in-law and went into an involved explanation of how it was all my fault. My granddaughter (8), was so embarrassed, she was almost in tears. The owners are talented technicians when time allows, however their skill does not negate courtesy . The male owner seems to display a general contempt for his customers. He is hyper sensitive to any criticism and concerns are met with contemptuous stares and seething anger. The lady owner ( his wife) is slightly better at dealing with customers. She does not address her husbands behavior instead, encourages the customer to get over any offense. In short, they do decent nails but are rarely busy.... Perhaps this is due to how the owner conducts himself and the fact that they look down on their on select clients!!! read more

If I could set this as a 0 rating I would when I 1st got inside a woman laughed because she was skeptical about the way the man was behaving. She decided not to have him do her nails. I went ahead and had my pedicure anyways because I shall not to judge on other people's experiences. But then I got my pedicure. And when I said something to them about the fact that they rushed me put, ruined my polish refused a refund d the man yelled at me he's ok he doesn't need my business. Michael is one of the original NexGen experts. I've been going to his salon since the beginning. His technique is really the best. Over the last 5 years, I have had to visit other salons when I'm out of town--- the Nexgen is never the same. When I go to QA, my Nexgen lasts 4 weeks easily. Just got gel powder pink and white and a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure was fabulous. Very attentive and willing to please. The gel powder not so much. The white did not go all the way to the edges on some nails, some were thicker than others and there was this glue stuff around my fingers even after I washed my hands. When I told him he was not very helpful. Said my nails were short so I guess it was my fault. I complained to the manager and she tried to fix it. It was better but not good. I Have a special event to go to today and my nails are hideous. To add insult to injury it cost me $45.00. So upset I only tipped the pedicure attendant. She had a picture of exactly what she wanted and she showed it to the manger her was doing her nails. They seemed to have no problem when he did the first hand. Then he got up and went outside. Her friend she was there with asked him to come back and finish. He did but he also told her he didn't like her and she's too picky. OMG this is a minor and as a grown man and "owner" of this establishment you have no business telling her that. She paid but she left clearly upset with how he finished the other hand. What a pushy nail tech. Michael has no interest in how you want your nails done and has no patience at all. I told him I wanted ombré but with pink tips. He gave me this look and told me he has never had anyone request that and I should do the white. He kept pushing it on and showing me pictures. If you don't know how to do it then tell me. He was such a dick about it. The whole time about how no one gets that done and I should do the white. He attempted the pink with no motivation to do it right. It looked horrible so I told him to just to all of them pink. He even got someone to come over and show me her ombré nails. Really!? This guy doesn't know how to do much and only wants to stick with what he knows. I just wanted my nails done, not to be treated like I'm dumb for requesting pink tips. He also couldn't shut up about how good he is and how people travel from Boca to see him. Honey, if I lived walking distance from you I still wouldn't come again. Run from this place! They are not a 4 star salon and should be out of business! The owner is rude! I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 and never walked out of a salon. My pedicure was awful, I politely stated I was unhappy the owner says I'm rude abd he doesn't wish to service me, I go to walk out, he threatens me to call the cops if I don't pay and holds my 12 year old daughter by the arm refusing to let her go unless I pay for services that I shouldn't have had to have paid for as they were not completed. I was searching for an amazing nail salon For my Nexgen nails !!! I was going from one bad nail salon to another! I read so many reviews and finally found a place to call home !!! This quiet serene place of relaxation is a dream come true !! There is no rushing you and treating you like a herd of cattle !! They are so sweet and professional! Michael is AMAZING!!! He knows how to give you the right shape of the nails and amazing work on the nexgen !!! So for this part he gets a 5 star rating!! Now , here are some small improvements that I recommend for an all around 5 star service First , they don't have a big enough variety of nexgen powders for my taste and before applying the nexgen make sure the customer knows that it may be a different price for certain nexgen powders especially when it is the clients first time there ! One more amazing thing, they tell you what they are talking about when they speak in their native language! That was amazing! During the week they are not as busy , that was a plus for me !!! I will be returning to get my nails done, I forgot one thing, they soak off the nexgen instead of hurting you by using a nail to get it off , that is a 10 stars right there !! I had searched around the area for a new great salon to get my nexgen done and found qa nails. My pedicure was alright, not too much massage, nothing special at all. . I spent a decent amount of time picking out a nexgen color and settled on an aqua blue. When my nails were being filed I wasn't asked how I'd like them shaped or anything, then the aqua color was actually GREEN. It was a completely different color inside the package than the color and nail displayed on top of the lid. When I expressed that this was not the same color and not what I wanted, he seemed annoyed, but still went back and changed the color after trying to convince me forest green was aqua. All in all my nexgen looked good, not great, my nails weren't shaped and to me the tips looked uneven. I kept waiting for the part where he would shape my Nails?? he never did. A few weeks later I come back in to get the nails removed and I ask if I get another nexgen will there be a charge to remove the previous product I had gotten done there. Then I get a rude response that of course there would be no discount that on top of another service there would be a charge of $10+ to remove the nails. I said that normally other places I go to charge $5 or include it if you get another service. To which the owner (i assume) LAUGHED at me and said come back and tell me ONE place that will do that. I named two I knew of immediately that do a fantastic job. On top of this after I had my nails done elsewhere, qa nails had filed and buffed my natural nail so thin that it took months for my natural nail to regrow to it's normal thickness. There was an actual line where the nexgen nail had ruined my natural nail which has never happened to me before when getting nexgen. I will not be returning because of the rude treatment. read more

This place clearly lacks basic customer service skills. They don't care about their customers they only care about making money. I do NOT recommend going here. Not only did I have a bad experience here, but I witnessed a nail tech (Michael) yelling at customer. The customer was calm and never yelled back, but it was horrifying to witness that an employee would be so rude and unprofessional. By reading some of these reviews I can tell that this isn't the first time that Michael has been unprofessional and disrespectful. I am sorry I did not get the famous Michael as my tech but I did not know about him until I checked the reviews after a bad experience. The salon is clean and quiet with a relaxing ambiance to it, certainly not fancy in any way but nice enough. I was a walk-in as my regular salon was booked and I needed some work done on my gel manicure because of broken nails. The tech I was assigned to had such a heavy accent I could not understand a word of what was said. She was constantly chastising me for one thing or another but I never understood what or why. I tried to explain to her how I wanted my two broken nails handled but she did not understand me or enough English to respond properly. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Other than the communication problems, she was probably a good tech if one just wanted to let her do what she wanted w no customer input. I paid in full for a gel manicure and left before the color application out of sheer frustration. The female owner or manager did offer to finish the service and tried to salvage the messy situation but I had no interest at that point. The tools used were just sitting on the work station when I got there and were not in any kind of sterilizing fluid but they may have come from the back previously properly sterilized. I asked about it and the tech got mad but I do not think she knew what I was asking. I think a different tech might have made a big difference so I am not recommending not trying them, but am just sharing a bad experience I had that did not need to be that way, When employees cannot communicate, the English speaking owners/managers needs to a little more involved, particularly when hearing an employee raising her voice unnecessarily as well as frequently. read more

This salon is pure trash. I am sorry to say that but if I can save someone from wasting their precious time, energy and money, I am going to. I went to this salon the day before Mother's day to get a pedicure and gel manicure. I must have moved when the guy (owner) was painting my toenails and he literally barked at me for moving. I apologized and he stated that he did not want my apology that he wanted me not to move. I was surprised he said that but brushed it off as maybe a stupid 'joke. When he started to do my hand nails, I realized that the guy was not joking but that he was actually just a rude prick. I tried to point out areas that he had messed up on and he raised his voice at me and told me that I needed to stop moving. I was not moving at all; he just did not want to take responsibility for his crappy work. He argued with me and I tried to argue back but realized that it was useless. He was not going to admit that he messed up so I just asked him to finish so I could get out of his salon. He charged me $80 (I left him NO TIP after the service that I received) and my nails were bubbling and peeling off the very next day! I have gone to other places where a gel manicure and pedicure last two weeks at the very least. This one only lasted one full day and my nails looked horrible from the beginning. Do not waste your time going to this place. The owner has zero customer service skills and is full of himself for no reason since it is not like he is great at his job. My cousin was with me and her nails looked like crap too :( read more

Amazing! I was getting my car wash and was headed to the food store after and I thought "hmm I need a pedicure". Lucky for me in the plaza next to the car wash was a nail salon. So I decide to give a try and went in blindly. I hadn't heard of this place nor read any reviews. Not only was the staff super friendly but they were efficient and organized. Everything was cleaned and tools were in the individualized sterilized packages. I had the deluxe pedicure and it was so wonderful. They put some kind of cooling lotion on your legs first which felt so relaxing then followed with a scrub, lotion, massage, and hot towel. My nails and feet feel and look superb! They really got busy half way through my pedicure and they did not falter. It was great seeing a business so well maintained! I can't wait to go back! read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life with a business. The owner did my nails and he did a terrible job. He left in the middle of working on my nails to take care of personal business. He said he would only be gone for 2 minutes but was gone for 15 minutes. When he returned I politely told him I was not happy with how my nails looked and he started yelling at me about how much time he spent on my nails and that it was art. I was traumatized and started crying because I never felt so disrespected and violated. I had heard bad things about the customer service but I believe in judging for myself.
