I told the nail tech what I wanted, he showed me maybe 12 different shades in cats eye. None of them were really the baby Pink that I wanted. I asked him " there's no pink?" and he pointed at the shades I was looking at. The manicure was fine, it's not the color I wanted, but he did a good job. They sent me to a different tech for my pedicure, and she did not know how the cats eye polish even worked. She didn't know how to use the magnet, she couldn't figure out how to get it to work, and instead of asking for help right away, she just kept trying different things. I'm really unhappy with how my nails and toes came out. They don't match. While I was checking out, I see a tray of all these beautiful summer shades, including the baby pink that I wanted. I was informed I was looking at the only 12 shades of cats eye they had. I let the manager know that I was a very unhappy, and I was told that it's fine, I'll get the color I want next time, it's not a big deal. And I understand that for them it's not a big deal because it's not their $120 that just got wasted or the 2 1/2 hours that took them to do my nails and feet. There was no apology that the nail tech I was given for my pedicure was incompetent and didn't know how to use the materials in the salon. So I do not recommend the salon to anybody. I've been searching for a new Nail Salon for about six months, and this place is not going to be it. Highly incompetent and overpriced. No offer to take some money off for their incompetency. Just took my money...zero concern for me leaving happy.

My recently, my mom, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. She ended up with a painful infection that required antibiotics. The doctor explicitly attributed it to her manicure and instructed her to get the nails removed. When my mom went back to Hello Nails, they treated her with absolute disrespect. They refused to take the nails off and offered $14 to go elsewhere only if they could photograph her hands first to cover themselves against "self-inflicted damage." To give a customer an infection and then accuse them of lying is disgraceful. You should be embarrassed of yourself Hello Nails.

I thought that was strange, because if you are to set up appointments via text message, it should be stated somewhere, because more often than not, most appointments are set up via phone calls. There seemed to be no professionalism. He then proceeded to call me, because I figured he just didn't understand what I was trying to do via text. The phone call was also painful. He gave me a date and asked me what time between 9A-7P that I would like. I asked for 10AM and he said it wasn't available. Therefore, I asked what times do you have available for me to choose from. He proceeded to say 9A-7P. It felt like I was getting nowhere and my nails were never going to get done with the way things were going. Eventually, we finally come to an understanding and set up an appointment for the 12th at 11:30AM. However, after a little bit of thinking it over, I decided to cancel my appointment, because I can only imagine what the service itself would be like and I want to know I'm getting my moneys worth and good service. Therefore, I asked to refund my Groupon. Then I decided to contact my nail technician! The other screenshot is to show how quickly I got a response from my other nail technician I usually go to. Something they also mention on their site and Yelp and what not that appointments can be made via online, text, or phone calls.
