This leaves the area concentrated around the heavy weights and complex fitness equipment partially dark during the entire evening hours. I asked the front desk staff if they could leave the lights on since there were many patrons and staff still using the facility and they vehemently denied saying they were instructed to turn off the lights every night regardless. I asked if it was an unreasonable request to leave the lights on during business hours and they said I was "elitist" for making such a request. Forget the fact that it's disrespectful to turn the lights off on customers while they use a facility, but it is unsafe or possibly downright dangerous to leave a partially dark fitness center while both staff and members are in it.

TA DA!! oh, and I also have a few exercises to do for the rotator cuff thing. haven't gymmed since senior year of high school so I really have no point of reference here, all I can tell you is it's planet fitness! looks like there's enough fitness equipment here to fill a small planet so we'll give them that. most of it has a bit of a "getting around" feel to it: treadmills, bikes (recumbent and otherwise), and ellipticals... with a few dozen assorted strength training things and some free weights for those so inclined. pretty good mix that seems to reflect the local demand so yea! additionally there's a couple of areas dedicated to specific workouts and training plans for people with more focus than time... maybe I'll get there eventually but right now I just need to get moving again and remedy a few minor injuries. $25 a month to make that happen with the option of getting a shower in my choice of over 2000 locations world wide seems a good deal to me.

All of the class sizes are small so you get plenty of attention, and the quality of the classes are much higher than at other studios. All of the trainers are great at what they do - - attentive, caring, very knowledgeable, and very personable. I cannot recommend 15 to Fit enough. I have no complaints about them whatsoever; I have literally only had great experiences with them. If you're wanting to try out Pilates or looking for a new studio, 15 to Fit is a great option! It's just north of Charlotte and it's a really lovely facility for the distant suburbs of this important city in North Carolina. Everything looks brand new and the gym and cardio and showers are all pretty good. No real complaints about anything here, except that they did insist on calling my home location to verify that I was a real member, which YMCA places skip even though they're supposed to.

Let me just say that the entire office from the front desk to the therapists themselves are awesome! I ask a lot of questions during my visits and everyone is so helpful by explaining the reason for an exercise and what it will do to help my recovery.
