I've always loved doing Pilates and knew when they opened almost 10 years ago it's where I needed to be Since having a knee replacement and now on a GLP-1 and being in my 50s I feel like it is the best workout for me at this time it's challenging, but not too jolting on your body. I highly recommended you try It at least for a week and see how you feel after that week. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and provide great feedback to help you succeed. They take the time to make sure your form is correct, offer modifications, and challenge you while still making the class feel approachable. Location is perfect with plenty of parking. Every instructor is fantastic and truly shows that they love what they do. My mom and I have been taking semi-private lessons here for a few months and it's been so much fun! Courtney has been such an amazing instructor. We started out with next to no knowledge of Pilates using the reformer, and she's made it completely accessible for us. Even after taking classes once a week for a few months, I can tell we've made so much progress. It's such a good workout and really helps strengthen your core, and gives you a great stretch. Everyone has been nice when I've gone in but Courtney is the only one we've taken lessons with and I can't recommend her enough. She pushes you with a little tough love but is very careful if you have any injuries. I haven't been to any of the classes yet because of my schedule but I definitely recommend trying them out read more

I started going to Club Pilates in 2020. I love it! The instructors are all wonderful, providing optional modifications when needed. I had to take two years off while I was struggling with breast cancer, but I was able to begin again this year. I lost a lot of muscle mass, strength, flexibility and balance during chemotherapy, but over the last several months Club Pilates has helped me regain all of the above! Pilates is great for stretching and burning calories. I received a complimentary 60 minute introduction class and it was fairly easy to use the machine and stretch. I was intimidated at first because I wasn't sure what to think. After the instructors went through the basics and explained how this would help with joint pain, stress, tight muscles and help you sleep better I was sold. I signed up for membership for twice a week. My work is about 30 minutes aways so I could only take evening classes snd weekend and those times book up fast. They do have an app to schedule your classes in advance and that was helpful. I was unable to make a few classes and my instructor Courtney was so kind to extend my hours to the next month so I didn't miss out. She was my favorite instructor and I always tried to enroll in her class. The other instructors were nice as well. I truly enjoyed the classes and meeting new people from the area. Hopefully, I'll be able to return next spring. read more

The only way this works is if you buy the highest level of membership which will run you at a minimum of $199/mo. Otherwise you will have at least one week a month that you have to play their waitlist game. You sign up on waitlist that is frequently over 6 people long & hope folks cancel their reservation so you can get in. You spend a lot of time 'managing ' your schedule! To me this is unneeded stress- & for folks who purchase 4 or 8 sessions a month bait & switch. Good exercise, but over sold on memberships. read more

Impossible to actually get into a class. All classes on a waitlist. Don't get scammed into signing up it's $100.00 fee just to cancel.

Don't waste your money and your time. You have to buy the highest level membership in order to get into any classes. When I brought up my concern about not being able to get into any classes because the waiting list is so long, I was told to not worry because people always cancel. It wasn't the case at all. I've signed up on several waitlists and I've had only one cancellation in the last few months. I knew something was wrong when they didn't tell you this when you sign up for a membership, that there was going to be a waitlist, especially in the beginner classes. read more

Have a little compassion! I signed up for 3 months to get the better rate. I understood if I cx before 3 mons it would be a charge. I didn't cancel. I thought I paid my 3 months even though I could only go for a month and then got charged again. I thought I fulfilled my contract. Guess not. You have to cx at the last minute to not continue getting charged. On the first day I called and ask if they could please cx me for refund or at very least just charge the 100.00. They said "here's what we will do for you. We will let you use it until the 24th and we will cx for after that! No kidding I've already paid for it your not doing anything to help me! read more

Unfortunately Pilates used to be my happy place. However, the manager Susan has become hostile and vindictive. She made it known she supports Trump and when you don't side with her, the gloves come off. She is constantly doing illegal moves on the reformer, not allowing her staff to video them for the website because of these moves which are dangerous and a high fall risk. To make it worse, she talks during class instead of instructing, makes fun of clients saying they have "cottage cheese thighs" and shaming people who can't do a move because she upped the class to the next level because she stated "she gets bored teaching us". When I cancelled my membership to transfer to another studio, I was told my last draft would be on July 7, meaning I am able to take class until August 6th. On July 7th, my last draft, all my classes were cancelled. I called the studio to have Lindsey tell me that Susan left a sticky note saying immediately cancel my membership after the draft. This environment is hostile and I believe that Susan has forgotten that she works for the client and not the other way around. I highly do not recommend club Pilates. read more

The good news...a lovely place to work out. The bad news...no one in the studio is wearing masks while exercising. I joined six weeks ago and attended two classes. I was the only one wearing a mask. I felt very uncomfortable exercising in that environment. When I decided to drop my membership I was told that I was required to pay the full 3 month membership fee or for an additional price I could put it on hold. The governor has issued a required face mask policy in public fitness settings. I feel that with the our nation in the midst of a pandemic, this business should waive the fees if someone does not feel comfortable in their facility. read more

You will be required to attend a 30 minute intro class. I showed up at 7am, but our "intro" was at 7 PM. Ok, my mistake. I asked Karen if we could please just jump into the class since there were two spaces open (per the internet). She was rude stating they just couldn't accept us since we hadn't done the intro class. Look, I get it... I've done Pilates (reformer) for years in San Diego... there are people all the time that show up and have no clue what they are doing. But the instructors take 60 seconds to explain the springs etc and the newbies are good to go. Karen acted they we had to have a PHD to cure cancer to be allowed into the class. Totally insane. Then her excuses started jumping around also citing "I might get a walk in"... yeah you have two standing right here if you'll take our money. Does you business want business? Prepare yourself for this level of pretentious. Maybe the classes are just SO great. I won't be back to find out. So disappointing. read more

I came in initially because I saw an advertisement on Instagram. I went in for a 30-minute session and loved it! Directly after the session, they offer you a one-time discount for monthly classes that you only will receive that day. I told them I would have to wait since it is mid-May and I will be out of the country for the month of June. The Representative response was that I could freeze the month of June and just return in July. I advised them closer to the date as informed and they froze the classes. The representative told me I had til July 10 to use frozen classes. Life happened. I was in a serious car wreck just before departing for my trip. Went to my doctor and the decision was made not to use my left arm for strenuous situations. I needed (and am still going through therapy) for my left arm. I received several calls from this company to call and pay my bill, which I don't disagree with because I didn't contact them. They didn't know about my situation. I currently have a 300.00 bill. What I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH is the manager telling me that she is not going to cancel my membership until I pay the balance because her system will not even let her do it. I actually called to explain the situation and I don't know if there was a misunderstanding or if she was having a bad day. She was SUPER defensive, not showing understanding towards her client. It really, really rubbed me the wrong way. I feel like this company got the client through the door and that is all they care about! This is a beautiful and well equipped Pilates studio, consistent with other Club Pilates locations. I was visiting from out of town for a week and went to a handful of classes throughout the week. Some of the instructors seemed really well trained and structured the class to provide a really good workout. I enjoyed all but one of the classes I went to. I did have one teacher who took what should have been a Pilates reformer class and basically turned it into a stretching class while she talked the whole time about things unrelated to Pilates. I think if the instructors will really focus on providing a good workout consistent with the type and level of class then this will be a 5 star location. read more

A place to workout where no one judges?! Where everyone encourages!?! This is the place. Workouts are hard but fun; and those that take the classes are encouraging to newbies.
