I was given some flack when asked for an unused file I was then shown a service menu saying if I just upgraded to that pedi that all items used are new & explained that I'm a licensed nail technician & it is law to use all new for each person she smacked her lips at me & then went & got everything new. paint job is fine. Shaping is fine but not sure I'd return here just due to the scene made with just asking for the basic things that are required by the state board. Environment was fine normal salon vibes, tv playing, message pedi chairs, etc. not a very warm greeting nor does it feel very welcoming but could have just been due to each technician being with a client.
